Why does my forum login information not work?
The Golden Gallery software is set up to where only people with upload/edit permissions can log into the Golden Gallery.
I cannot post comments. What is going on?
Comments are disabled because, in past versions of our Golden Gallery, we rarely kept an eye on the Golden Gallery comments and certain users would try to get away with posting inappropriate comments to other users or about the pictures. In addition, some of the comments were totally useless, as in they just stated what the description was and made no sense whatsoever.
The staff at Golden-Road.net apologize, but hope you realize this was a necessary thing to do to keep things clean and friendly. If you have a question about a picture, please ask us in the appropriate forum.
Why do the pictures look like they are out of order?
This could occur for a variety of reasons. Try clicking the "+" next to "Position." If that doesn't work, try the other sorting options available in the upper right corner.
When I view the Golden Gallery using Firefox, why do long descriptions extend off the screen, causing a side scroll bar?
This is an issue unique to Firefox. The best solution to this is to try using Internet Explorer when you view the Golden Gallery.
