Now, Bob Boden's last known sighting in the audience was on February 29, 2008.  I wonder what prop(s) he has his eye on this time...

True, but would it not just be sufficient for contestants to look at the prize, clearly identifying it as a Dell laptop, instead of looking back to the audience while Rich is giving the all-important description?

Until Rich changes his warmup to instruct contestants to never look to the audience at all during the show, that will likely never happen.  Another thing is, maybe contestants can't see the prize very well from the row?

Most Expensive: That's right, 601 did it! As in made it three wins in a row.

What was I thinking??? I meant 161, for the number on her shirt. Please forgive me for that minor screwup.

Pardon my ignorance, but who's the guy??

For that matter, who's the girl?

As I said in a couple of posts above, that's Bob Boden himself; the man who owns several game show props (1972-1986 Any Number board, Super Ball!! ramp, 1984-2001 showcase podiums, etc.).

Hello,

Thank you for providing this great website service!

Wondering if anyone still has a copy of episode 4593K on their PVR?

My name is John and I was the last contestant called down on this game and was looking forward to getting a copy of the show. I watched in 'real time' via sattelite at my sister's home and it included the "contestants not appearing on stage..." segment but when I went home to review the tape (from my non-sattelite TV) the Canadian Network (Omni) had eliminated the section to play a commercial for the next upcoming show following TPIR.

I would really appreciate being able to access that part of the show. If someone does have it would it be possible to sent a short video of that or perhaps post it temporarily on youtube? OR if someone is able to provide a 'freeze frame' shot of me with the TPIR logo (I am the contestant on the left of the screen) like the way WhammyPost was able to freeze frame Bob Boden in Reply #15 on the 22nd just above.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!

John - $699 bid :-(

Nice to see a generous Lucky $even setup today for a change. Also nice to see Lucky $even, Cover Up and Grandy all won on the same show, and a 5/6 show to boot! (all of those are pretty low percentage games). The Drewcase in SC1=epic fail today. Just no coherent theme as the copy rambled on and on, and mindless banter between Rich and Drew. Ah well.

Timings:
Grand Game (5) - 4:00
Lucky $even (4.5) - 4:14
Most Expensive (3.5) - 3:47
Secret X (4.5) - 4:40
Cover Up (5) - 4:47
Pick A Number (4) - 2:53
Total time (26.5) - 24:21

Grand: Another low target results in another win. How AWESOME can it get?  :-)

Lucky 7: For once, a friendly setup and I hope Dexter is sure damn glad he didn't walk out of the BBS with just perfume and a Barbie doll.  :-P Excellent.

Most: Is it me or was that HDTV literally screaming "PICK ME!!!, PICK ME!!!"?  Good job.

Secret: Would I be willing to spend $120 dollars on a Mothalovin' electronic poker game?  :-o Not in my life now after costing us a chance at a PERFECTO.

Cover: I'll give Drew a few points for taking a few pages out of Bob's book. Good win.

P-a-N: Nice win.

Showcases: Average Rich-Drew Banter...... :-( Whatever!!

A 3.25-star show.
