Freeze Frame was
not supposed to be won! That was probably the game's most amazing win ever! Go Elizabeth! Seriously, I thought the price would have been $6513, which actually also would have been pretty evil, though much less so than $8028. Seriously...
how was this won?!
Speaking of Freeze Frame, why did Freeze Frame offer an "office group package," while Grocery Game offered an ordinary singular sailboat? Wouldn't it have made more sense for Freeze Frame to offer the sailboat, and Grocery Game the prize package? I was honestly expecting Check-Out to pop up there.
Still speaking about Freeze Frame, I wonder why Dave waited so long to start rotating the prices today.
Believe it or not, I thought Drew actually handled Switcheroo well today. He still said the car was the most important prize--and let's face it, it
is--but he did it without downplaying the other prizes, emphasizing their role in the game. Wasn't exactly Bob's way of hosting the game, but it worked
.
I loved when, after Tammi won One Right Price, she ran up to her new luggage and started rubbing it! Nice to see someone get excited over "lesser" prizes like that
.
Poor Nathan. I don't ever remember seeing Niney screwed so badly before.
You would think a product as ill-conceived as peanut-butter-and-jelly-combined would be cheaper than if the components were bought seperately. Surefire way to make sure I never try the stuff. Not that I ever would have. Still thought it was a bad idea for her to buy two of them, anyway.
Was the neon yellow border in Line 'em Up new today? I don't remember seeing that before....
Call me crazy, rob, but for some reason, Squeeze Play sixth feels more appropriate than most other quickies in that slot.
I know, I know. We love Switcheroo. But damn. And history proves that, much like Temptation, Switchy is notorious for having dry spells of wins, but having them always lead off a show is just getting under my skin.
Switcheroo feels right first. And fifth, admittedly. Always felt "wrong" to me when it was played second.
