Yep, I'm finally throwing my hat into the ring of HYO'ing. This is my first ever show, a Half Hour version of everybody's favorite game show with the word "Price" in the title. Hopefully it will be a lot of fun and people win a lot.
The Rules:
1. Any member of Golden-Road.net is eligible to play as long as they meet the eligibility rules.
2. All contestants shall have 24 hours to submit one bids, make decisions on pricing games, and place a showcase bid. Miss a deadline in contestant's row once, you will receive a warning and an automatic $1 million dollar bid. Miss a deadline in contestant's row twice, and you are out of the show. If however you miss a deadline but get in your bid before I post the warning or before the next contestant in the row submits their bid, your bid will still count without warning. Miss a deadline in a pricing game or the showcases even once, and you are out, simple as that. However, if you get it in before I post telling you your fate, again, your action will still count without consequences.
3. When you are called on down to contestant's row, I will send you a PM to let you know that you have been picked. At that point onward, it is your responsibility to follow what is going on with the game. If for any reason you feel you cannot continue with your current place in the show for any amount of time, send a PM to me and I'll figure out what to do on a case by case basis.
4. You may give advice in any part of the show except for the One-Bids. This is to ensure everybody has a fair chance to play a pricing game.
That's it. A lot of these you probably have seen before, but if you have any questions about these rules or anything else about the show, feel free to ask me. Now the fun. I need at least six people to play in my little shindig, although I will allow as many to sign up as interested within the deadline. Speaking of which, this little shindig shall start at Friday at around 11 PM, so be sure to sign up by then. Also as a note, I have absolutely no graphics knowledge whatsoever, so the most you're going to see is fancy text, that's it.
And on that note, let the sign ups begin!
