...So they KNEW it was the end. 'Course, they couldn't even give away the Showcase, and the grand total for the night was $4,950...

Still, it's brilliant that they KNEW it was the end. But I don't think it's the January 12 episode - it's not even a Friday - all the sources I've found say January 27.

And apparently the show was in Budget Mode by this point - that Showcase was CHEAP!

Does your copy have commercials? If so, then I could possibly help you date it if you could post this on YouTube. ;)
