Well, as far as I remember, it only took 37 years for Santa to Come on Down.   Do we know if there has ever been another Santa look-a-like before?

Makes you wonder how long it will take before we see Elvis.

That Danger Price music has to go.    As excited as I was to see Danger, as was dissappointed to not hear the traditional music cue.

Was the Check Out reveal terrible today, or was it just me?

[sarcasm] Come on, we had a Halloween show and an April Fools show...WHAT????  We didn't have a 4/20 show??  No 420 bids today, no 420 prizes....Come on now.   How disappointing !!   [/sarcasm]
I'm TheBigAK...and I APPROVE this post.

I haven't seen the show yet, but if I think I understand you correctly, there was a contestant who looked like Santa back in 1992, the same one who would cheat at Pathfinder.

I think 3 strikes or Five Price Tags would make good 6th games.

I think 3 Strikes would make a good first, second, third, fourth, fifth, or sixth game!

Looks like Plinko is starting to make a comeback. It's been pretty dull the whole season, but the last couple of playings, it's handed out some nice amounts of cash.

BEST CONTESTANT OF THE DAY: Eulonda
SHOW GRADE: 2

I wonder why Santa didn't come during Christmas week? John was a great contestant and a great sport when Drew was making little puns. I was stunned that he didn't win the showcase.

And it sure was nice to see Eulonda win all 4 Plinko chips I don't believe anyone has in its last 4 or 5 playings, which is rare!

I'd give today's show a B+

Plinko: Eulonda sure did such an excellent job on the SP's and that $21,500 win was such a great win for her.  :-)

Cover: I definetly would've not guessed that 9 and 5 would be the fourth and fifth digits together.

Squeeze: You know? $6388 looked pretty reasonable. It didn't work sadly.

Danger: John was such a BLAST!!!! I really hoped for him to win, too.

Check-Out: Very nice.

TTM: You know? It is getting too damn predictable about the setups and seeing it in the 6th position is getting so tiring. Dice Game, Lucky 7, 3 Strikes, Better to see in this slot more. PLEASE LET US SEE THAT!!!

Showcases: A Scion in a showcase was very cool. Eulonda's bid however was blown way out of proportion.  :wotc: Poor John. After such a lucky win in SCSD #2, too!!

A 3-star show.

Plinko:  Best playing I've seen in a while! :-D
Check Out:  I thought Michael was going to be too high, but nice job nontheless! :-)
SCSD#2:  How lucky was John winning the spinoff with only .10!  John sure had a striking resemblance to Santa Claus!
Showcases:  I knew Eulonda was going to be over, but I never thought John was going to be over! 8-O

An okay show overall, IMHO.

Wait...WHAT? I've heard of trips like this under $3k. What makes this one special?

Doesn't BOTC mean Bork of the Century?  As in the chatroom freezes up?

Here's the thing. Willy basically requested of us  in chat to retire using the term "Willying," so we're pushing to call it "Bullying" now, named after GoldenBulldog.

Does our esteemed emcee, Mr. Drew Carey, not know how to quickly take the difference of $18.00 and $16.95 in his head?  Drew was setting that up to be a loss with his mumbling.  Nice win by Michael.

Nope he doesn't. :) This is why he's always counting out loud. :) "1 2 3 4 5 6 items"

One-Bid #1:  I guess the four contestants totally overlooked that it was a Gucci handbag.

Borko:  Finally!  A big winner!

One-Bid #2:  Mercer is definitely a dead ringer for Sammy Davis, Jr.

One-Bid #3:  LOL!  It's a Mercer pool table, and there's a Mercer in the row!  I bet that will never happen again.

One-Bid #4:  This proves once and for all that Santa Claus loves TPIR. :-D

Danger:  Another epic cue fail.

Check-Out:  Yay!  Temptation cue! :P I don't know about anybody else, but I fell out of my chair when the copy actually gave a sponsored plug on the Walgreen's mouthwash.  I thought the contestant would be way over after his guesses on the energy bar and the fish.  But it turned out that he lowballed the lint roller, thus offsetting his earlier bad guesses.

TTM!:  Ninth spot for the second time in a row.  OK, new rule for this game--stop on either the second or ninth price.

SCSD #2:  Wow, when was the last time that somebody spun a dime in the spinoff and won?  I know it has happened at least once before.

SC #2:  Oh God... not a fugly Scion.

My showcase bids:
Games/Disney--$16,420
Fugly car--$28,420
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

The contestants on this show are really starting to drive me nuts. I notice it more and more as each episode airs, and maybe someone can explain it to me. Why do contestants feel the need to move as far away from Drew and the pricing game as possible? The camera shot usually doesn't have any room to move back anymore the contestant is so far away. Its like the pricing game is about to blow up or something. It drives me insane! Sorry. I had to vent.
