I don't know what to do, please help.

I know Marc and John are sometimes too busy to check emails often so I thought it might be best if I put this here.

I used to have an old account that I completely forgot about. I just found it and I can't get back into it, even though I just reactivated the email address, that went with it.

What do I do? Do I have any chance of getting this account back? I tried using the "forgot password" feature but it wont let me use it. I have the email address for that account.
