Camera transitions during intro

As the 35th season begins, a very interesting thought came to my mind. During Bob's intro during the entire run of TPIR, there have been several camera transitions. There was no transition, then there was a circular fade out, then a plain star, then a star with various color borders. That being said, does anyone know exactly when these transitions started in the run (in terms of years)?
