I swear, the next time an all-trip showcase is offered, I'm just sitting out that day. Not playing is better than going over on some package that has exotic destinations like New Zealand and yet comes in just over $20K. 13 people (including Stage Player) overbid it, and I can quite see how.
The MINI showcase also felt kind of strange, but I think that was because of the movie premiere and the fact that it's NOT included in the pricing. Also, since they're offering boutique items on the show now, they should really realize that $1,500 doesn't get you very far on a shopping "spree" with a personal shopper in LA. It gets you a pair of shoes and a shirt or two.
UniquePerspective is unique in that he had the only DSW today, on the trips showcase. jcron won the MINI by default (the stage bid was much better, but unfortunately the stage overbid negates it). I'm not sure what GR WHAMMY was thinking... perhaps he was watching a vintage episode or something? Two of our members were in the audience today and have asked for their opt-out bonus: GoldenBulldog and umbchockeypa08 are at the bottom of the spreadsheet in light blue. LFaT Time!
