Bully, Bully, Bully... we don't share much in taste, do we?  You didn't like any of my favorite three contestants today, and outright blasted two of them :P!

I know I don't share much of a uniformity here, but that's just me in a nutshell.  :P

First, since you didn't specifically complain about Glemious, may I ask why you didn't like her?  She was a genuinely fun screamer.

I didn't complain about Glemious, but I didn't specifically state that I didn't like her.  She was actually quite fun to watch.  :P

I thought McCall was a lot of fun, actually.  Just seemed so hyped into it all, and the whole picture thing was just a fun little thing.  She was very aware of all the goings on, and a lot of fun for it.

Unfortunately, she was doing the "picture" thing over and over again; it just felt very "repetitive" in nature to me.

Katherine may have been a little over the top with it, but I'm just convinced she's a loyal friend and true more than anything else for it, knowing how the routine works, and putting her own little twist on it...

I happen to agree with you about that looking back at the show.

(and I need a drink...)

:pint:
I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for your love, affection and loyalty to me, drew, the models and.... The Price is Right....thank you for being such a "Loyal Friend & True". -Rich Fields (in an e-mail sent to me on 3/17/2010)

I support The Price is Right...even if nobody I know likes Drew Carey.

I know, I know...haven't showed up in this area of the board lately due to house remodeling, but I do have one burning question:

What do we call that cue used for the third One Bid (the computer) today?  Is that the one we refer to as M1?  I know it's not available anywhere, but it'd be nice if it was.

One Away was absolutely "unfair" today with the last digit not being 5.

I wanted to mention this, and i'm surprised no one else has, but it's probably good Punchy played out the way it did. Just imagine if $10,000 was won and still having to call the show a "skunk" because the $25k wasn't won. That doesn't really sit right with me and it shows to me just how changing the amount for Punchy really wasn't thought out very well at all.

One Away was absolutely "unfair" today with the last digit not being 5.

No it wasn't. This wasn't the first time a "5" was a possiblity for the final digit and wasn't the correct digit.

One Bid 1: I didn't know it was possible to get a bootleg copy of Imagine That in your backyard this early....

Double Prices: Now I know the game looks brighter than before. Didn't matter because of the loss and the game in general.

One Away: "Oh, Mighty Sound Effects Lady, please help me out!" She did with the buzzer and the horns. ha.

Hi-Lo: That soap can be a tricky one; I still wouldn't pick it if I saw the Gold Bond Powder.
(One more thing: I liked the cue for the products, but I don't think it fits good for grocery products on this show.)

1 Right Price: I was thinking the wardrobe would be the higher price, so I picked the home gym. Strategy was right, but it was the wrong pricing.

Any Number: I would have gotten the 2 and the 1 for the car. I wouldn't win the car anyway.

One Bid 6: Ugh, I hate it when at least two are up for banishment and we're at least 0 for 5. My money's on McCall anyway. Maybe she can help us.

Punch-a-Bunch: "Oh, we need a miracle in the worst way."

Done.

Wow. Reading Goldy's post brings the point home a little bit with his post.

The spinoff in the second Showcase Showdown was among the greatest I've ever seen.

The rest of the show was below average.

Nice to be able to go on summer vacation and watch this show, nu? :-D

Double Prices & One Right Price: As always, the most boring games on the show. But alakazam!!
One Away: The last digit was 7. 7?!?!
One Bid 5: I liked how that random punk guy was standing on stage with the models.
Punch a Bunch: Talk about a bunch of punch... I loved McCall and how she was winding up her wrist. All for $500.

Double: WOW!! Talk about getting it out the way at once!! Too bad.

One away: OK, You might want to throw the daggers out at me, but Katherine really annoyed me throughout this playing of the game and in the showcases as well. The way she said the "Ol' Mighty Sounds Effect Lady" line was easily the most irritating I've ever heard it said and I have no sympathy for her loss, either. I'm sorry.

Hi lo: John doomed himself in after not choosing the Gold Bond as one of the "Hi" products.

1RP: I Hate Workout Wardrobes!!

Any #: Knife set beats the hell out of the piggy bank any day.

Punch: Man, Poor Mccall just didn't have luck on those sickening SP's. I'm glad she got out of it with a nice $500 and there's no picture of Drew that comes with it, either.

SCSD #2: I guess Y&R (or the Noon news) started 10 minutes late didn't it?  :-D

A 2-star show.

I swear I didn't read this thread before seeing the replay.

I guessed $16,900 for the food showcase.  :dsw:

I also guessed $17,300 on the outdoors/Barbados showcase, so not too shabby there either.

Eagerly awaiting Friday and the end of the Priceless Summer.
