Bruce's Price is Right - 1999
« on: May 13, 2006, 05:20:34 PM »
Since there is a Crowther recap, and a Pasquale recap, I might as well do a Forsyth recap. All we need now is a Warman recap and we'll have a complete set.

Taken from YouTube.

"Here we go, It's Britain's Brightest Game Show! Bruce's Price is Right!"

Bruce's monologue mentions that both his show & Countdown tape in the same studio, and when he approched the producer and said he'd be perfect for it, the producer said the only thing he'd be perfect for it Count Dracula. "So I bit him. I can't tell you where, but It Was Nice To Bite Him, To Bite Him..."

"Now let's meet the stars of our show..."

Don't worry, I'm still here! Just didn't realise the site had moved until recently.

Nice recap. Can't remember if I did that episode, but it was certainly a better job than mine!

I might do a Warman recap tommorow or sometime next week, but it will obviously be one of the two episodes in the gallery.

Billy, I looked at your old BPiR recaps, and you're right, you didn't do this one. BTW, I was wondering, I've seen the show with the guy Bradley winning 36,887. As far as you know, was that the most anybody ever won on BPiR?
