If anyone really cares I can post my work, but I at least am satisfied that I have the right strategies.

1st player: Spin on .65 and below, spin on .70

2nd player: If 1st player beat or busted, spin on .50 and stay on .55.
If 1st player tied, spin on .65 and stay on .70.

3rd player:
If 1 player tied, spin on .45 and stay at .55. (It doesn't matter at .50)
If 2 players tied, spin on .65 and stay at .70.
(Yes, I know this is obvious)

All of this assumes that the second and third spinners behave optimally... I don't think sub-optimal behavior is common enough that it would change the results.
