Having asked John this question myself, the answer is: You don't.

Open up Notepad and bang on your keyboard for a good solid minute or so.

Go to your profile, open up the Account Settings, and copy-paste this jibberish into the 'New Password' field.

Close the browser, close Notepad, and never look back.

(Okay, this isn't foolproof, since you can still request a password reminder, but whatever.  No one's forcing you to be here anyway.)

Based on what I just saw moments ago, I think they found their own way.  It involves a hypothetical hammer.
