Alright, I know it's bad when I start to notice little things like this... the first item up for bid, Drew asks for "the first prize", Rich refers to it as the "first item".

A little conflict, don't you say?

That said, I noticed some editing weirdness in places. And not just the usual trimming, but some really unnecessary stuff that clearly came from the isos. To wit, I noticed Drew's mouth was moving in a close up of the contestant in Coming or Going and the audio didn't match. I really hope they get past that and keep it to the live cut.

You know, I think as they find their pace this season, the editting will become less and less (or at the very least, less and less obvious).

Oh, little Connor again, running up on the new turntable and belting out an Old M(a)cDonald. As I type, I'm thinking about how Donny Osmond opened his Christmas Pyramid episode(s) with some holiday singing.

Let 'em Roll: "What?!? You're giving up $4,000 for a last roll?! Dummy decision!"

Coming or Going: Oh, I did not pay too much attention due to my ever-popular YouTube video work... Should have, though.

Danger Price: Hearing the count of four prizes from Rich, that took me away from my computer. Kinda tough at first. I felt like walking on thin ice when I picked the grill. Felt a little confident picking the (expensive) dinnerware. Since I am not a Wii follower, I picked that and lost the game.

Pick-a-Number: "The marriage is not ru-ined."

Pocket ¢hange: I was thinking: To make the game a little challenging, give the first number for free and have all six numbers available. That may not work successfully for times like this one. For a moment, I thought Renee was charged another .25 for picking the 6 correctly. That was when I noticed the replayed edit of Rachel changing the Pocket ¢hange price to $1.25. The play was a little tough until I realized that the price was a Dice Game price. I immediately said 1 and 5 for the last two numbers.

shell game: With all the shuffling, I had my decision locked on the third shell, and I was right.
I thought $40 would be a good price for that backpack. That's how much I brought mine a couple of years ago and is still in good condition.

Showcases: "Close. Close."

Drew's Entrance:  Connor's singing of Old MacDonald was cute!
Let Em Roll:  I would've walked with the $4,000 myself.  I like the way they had the dice set up at the beginning of the game.

Good show today, IMHO.

Opening: I thought it was cute to have Connor singing Old McDonald before the show.

Let 'em Roll: Should've quit after the first roll.

Coming or Going: It's back! Great win, too.

Danger Price: Another great win, but it's not the same without Big Banana Remix. Bring it back, Stan!

Pick-a-Number: Amazing win, considering that the last number was missing.

Pocket ¢hange: This has to be one of the worst playings of this game ever.

Shell Game: What a nice surprise to see this game early in the new season! And best of all, it is won again, and still mainstains its perfect record in the Drew era.

Showcases: Not impressed by these particular offerings, except for that VW...

And so begins Double Price Week, with another episode following...

I just came back on here this minute to say did anyone else notice that there must have been an edit.  The first time they played Rachel changing it from $1 to $1.25, looked correct.  Then a few minutes later you see the same exact shot of Rachel changing it from $1 to $1.25.  That second shot must have been an edit or editing glitch.  Anyone know what really happened?

Good eye, SteveEllis.  Funny thing is, when I watched it originally I thought something goofy happened, but then I dismissed it, thinking I perceived it wrong.  As it turns out, however, there was an odd edit when the price is revealed to $1.25.

For the record, I have this entire episode up in the Video Collection, and it is specifically part 5 that contains this segment.
