I wonder why we're already seeing Cover Up, Grand Game, and Bonkers again. Weird.

Nice to see More or Less early on, and with the Phone Home Game cue!

The use of the plasma screen in Switch actually worked pretty well.

And wow... awesome showcases today! Finally we get a real sportscar! I haven't seen that since... I can't remember when. Too bad the contestant's bid didn't even cover the cost of the Corvette.

Pretty good show, overall.

I find it ironic how the show tries to mix up the prizes and offer "cool" things like over-stuffed trips and impossible to price items to make the show less "predictable." Yet, the same things happen every single time a show airs.

Probably because they didn't anticipate these shows airing this week... I'm pretty sure these were intended for next week.

Good point - my bad. Yeah, I guess you can't really avoid repeating games this week.

My God...Drew was practically channelling Bob today.  He did some great buildups in Cover Up, More or Less, the Showcase...just a great performance.  I wish he were like this every day.

I can't put my finger on why, but I'd swear Flip Flop looked different today.

I loved Drew's comments about the guy from Canada "walking through Bonkers."  Again, it harkened back to things Barker would have done.

The plasma in Switch? was weird.  It wasn't bad or anything...just strange.  I do like that they took the trouble to put the "Switch?" logo on it, though.

I loved finally seeing a Corvette in the Showcase.  It's too bad the Top Winner made such a ridiculously low bid on it.

Probably because they didn't anticipate these shows airing this week... I'm pretty sure these were intended for next week.

Yes.  Specifically, this is next Wednesday's show.

Cover Up: Right down to the wire. Excellent win.

Grand Game: I was fooled by the gel.

Flip Flop: tough loss.

SCSD #1: First $10k winner of the season!  :-D

More or Less: those accessories made the iMac kind of evil.

Bonkers: Perfect playing and excellent hosting by Drew.  :-D

Switch?: The monitor was kind of weird.  :?

Showcase 1: CORVETTE!!  :oldlol: Pefect prize to put in the "ultimate garage"  :hammer:

Showcase 2: Nice showcase.

Great show today! Drew was really on his game today!

Fantastic show today. Anyone else notice the minor changes in the turntable design? Looks better now. I also like the way the homebase lights are now (on during IUFB and when Drew & contestant are away from homebase, & goes off when Drew & contestant go onto homebase).

*Cover Up: Very good win. Would have been disappointing if he lost.

*Grand Game: Another win! A car and $10,000 before the break!

*Flip Flop: I would have won this one...

*More or Less: I knew that the iMac setup was more than $3,700 (iirc) due to the accessories that were in it.

*Bonkers: Laughed out loud when I heard that the prize was a trip to Canada. Great win... got it on the first try.

*Switch?: Another win. Really liked the use of the plasma.

*Showcases: Amazing!! Corvette FTW! Too bad that it wasn't won.

Tilt: 95% (Such a great show today.... Drew was fantastic and if he'll be like this in all the extra episodes this week then this season is going to be great. Lots of big wins... A Car, and two $10,000 wins. The Corvette came out of nowhere... wasn't expecting to see that at all in this episode. Would of been great to see it be won. The minor changes to the turntable/homebase are good.)

Final Score for Episode: 8.5 out of 10

I'm pretty sure that Kimberly was completely clueless in the Showcase. Deciding whether to bid on a Corvette? Bidding only $39K for the whole package? Oy.

That's big pressure in the studio when bidding something like that, and the idea of not going over leads more contestants than not to play it too safe.

Anyone notice they re-designed the turntable again? The $ side seemed to have the square pattern in the purple area and the game side has a bigger square pattern with green diamonds on it.
