Key: SHE GOT THE MASTER KEY! We finally see if Emily won and now know she did, as Drew could not remember on his appearance at Craig Ferguson's show.
Race Game: Israel went WAY TOO SLOW. I'm pretty sure he burned 3 or 4 seconds between the first price tag he placed and the second. I hate it when slow people play the Race Game!
Push: I thought $4198 was right. I would have lost this one. Cara played this tough setup quite well.
SCSD1: Darn! I really wanted Cara to win, as she was a part of the Class of 2009 (as was I). Still fairly exciting and nerve-racking to see so many spin-offs during one SCSD!
Freeze: Another tough setup! Nothing ending in -33 screamed at me!
Bag: As someone who patronizes Kroger often, I knew that Kroger veggie tray was $9.99. As soon as I spotted the Kroger logo, I knew that price! I believe I could've won this today knowing that price. I was glad to see Clayton leave with something, as $1,000 is probably a lot more than he came with.
L7: Well, let's just say I would have lost on the third number. Rachelle fared much, much better than I in her playing, although it was unfortunate she lost. Very tough setup today.
Show Scorecard:Lineup: 7/10.
Drew: 10/10. Excellent job! Paraphrasing Ace Ventura, "Drew is Bob! Bob is Drew! Drew is the man!" (bad joke, but that's all I have for now
)
Contestants: 10/10.
Showcases: 6/10.
Music Cues: 6/10. We got 0200A, 0255, and one of the '83 trip cues today, which is pretty awesome in my book! Hopefully they start using the '72 and '74 stuff again. I don't think we really have to worry about them getting rid of the '76 stuff.
Overall:With music cue grade: C+
Weighted and without music cue grade: B
Final Comments:Today was a good show. I never like to see losses, but that's something we're going to have to get used to with all the tough setups. Nice to see the hotties scoring on today's show, but that's best saved for another thread.
