Prices here range from 2.05 to 2.09 a gallon in rockford, il.

It's still around $2.20 in Wilmington, DE and it's around $2.40 up in Philadelphia.

Here in this part of North Carolina it's between 2.11-2.14 a gallon

Here in NE PA it's around $2.20 on average, with some places as low as $2.12. Apparently not every aspect of El Nino is catastrophic.
