Half Off was nothing short of amazing; with eight boxes in play, it was great to see the box with $10,000 picked, and for Bathsheba to eliminate half the boxes at the last possible moment.

I really loved the angle Rich DiPirro used to show Drew and part of the Race Game Curtain before More or Less; I hope he continues to use that shot.

Did it bother anyone else that one (loaded) trip was offered in addition to two normal prizes and the car?

When I saw the doors reveal Switch?, I immediately thought, "If the contestant switches, the Segway will likely be rode to carry the price over."  I also guess I overlooked the fact that it was probably intentional for the correct decision to be "Switch" so that the Segway could move across the stage like that.

I will say that I am now tired of the themed grocery setups in normal shows.  I personally miss the medley of items that came up and didn't scream for your attention the way a themed set does.

I thought it was pretty cool that the skee ball table was the item up for bids and then we had a Super Ball!!-like reveal for the two rooms.

Raj did play Grocery Game very well, I must say; it was great to see him use several of the grocery items to reach the target rather than try to do it with just one product.

The first showcase was written very well, and I liked it.  The second one could have used some improvement, like make it a "Sand"case as an opposite to the first "Snow"case.

Yes. April of 07, there was a guy who called box 4 from the beginning, only eliminated half the boxes, and it was still right.
Yeah...let's make this current shall we?

Carolyn and Charlie made some pretty gutsy bids on the Showcases, since I figured that either one was set up for a painful overbid.  I loved the "themed" set up for Grocery Game--of course, that's because I'm a big fan of coffee and Starbucks altogether.  On a side note, Jennifer--who was the last contestant called down today--resides in the Calallen area of Corpus Christi; a Caller-Times article can be found here.
I just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for your love, affection and loyalty to me, drew, the models and.... The Price is Right....thank you for being such a "Loyal Friend & True". -Rich Fields (in an e-mail sent to me on 3/17/2010)

Awfully coincidental that #6 was the only blue box left on the board. Still an exciting win!

I remember in the last incarnation of Hollywood Squares there was always some sort of pattern as to the order in which "baaaaad" keys disappeared from the board in the bonus round. I read somewhere it involved leading the contestant to the correct key. Think this is a similar practice?

Exciting win in Safe Crackers today, too. Overall a pretty good show.

Flip Flop:  And the Peanut Gallery causes another contestant to lose! :-x  I wish people wouldn't rely on "them" so much & start listening to their guts.
1/2 Off:  What an awesome win!
More Or Less:  More on the bar set? What was Carolyn thinking? ???
Grocery Game:  Nicely done! :-)
Switch?:  Nice job!  That was neat how (I forget which model it was) rode the Segway when she took the price to the other podium.
Safe Crackers:  Safe Crackers for a car - cool!  Even cooler that it was won! 8-)
Showcases:  Great bids by both contestants! :-)

Great start to the week, IMHO. :-)

Awesome show today!!!!

Half Off! Way to kick that evil setup in the butt!

Flip-Flop- This is our what, 17th straight loss, and it should have been flip-flopped again! People don't listen to the damn peanut gallery!

More or Less- Really Carolyn? More on a bar set priced that high? When was the last time this was won?

Grocery Game- Nicely played! (And these themes are a little annoying)

Switch?- Love the segway moment; don't like that we saw it again so soon.

Safe Crackers-For a car! Awesomeness! And a win! Woot! I liked how Drew asked when the last time it was played for a car, too bad no one had a real answer.

Showcases-Two trips, one in each. Not bad! That's how it should be! And good bids too! Almost another DSW to boot!

Wow, another remarkably good episode.  There were times today when Drew sounded a lot more sincere than usual...I'm not sure how or why, but he did.  It was very refreshing.  It was also nice to see multiple all-overbids left in.

1/2 Off was incredible.  The number of boxes that were supposed to be eliminated were (although not quite the way they were supposed to be)...but man, that win.  That was just amazing.

I really thought Flip Flop was going to be won.

More or Less should not have been lost the way it was lost.  Every person in the audience was screaming the right answer.

Speaking of More or Less, the video screens actually look very large and impressive when shot from that particular angle.  It's too bad they don't come off that way the other 99% of the time.

It's always nice to see somebody win Grocery Game.

Speaking of Grocery Game, I wonder why they played it for two rooms.  One room is normal, and three rooms (living, dining, and bed) seems special...but two just kind of makes you wonder why they left the other one out.

The prize copy for the trip to Costa Rica went on way too long.

Great and exciting moments in today's show (including 1/2 Off, Grocery Game, & Safe Crackers). I also want to say that I'd never heard the trip cue in the first showcase played for so long.

I've seen the Waverunner in Flip-Flop enough to know that it's $9,598, and I knew right away that the audience was going to blow it for Raquel. On the topic of prizes, when the Pathfinder was introduced in SC2 as a "new Pathfinder", it made me think that they should play Pathfinder for one.
