BIDDING RECAP:
1.  nowhammies11 - $2350
2.  PatrickRox80 - $3333
3.  Kitch - $5000
4.  BuddyTom - $3334

You're not looking so innocent now, eh Tom?

Actual retail price:  oh my God, you gotta be kidding me--eight THOUSAND, six hundred sixty-nine ($8669)!  KITCH!  KITCH--THAT'S YOU!

*COD 2006*

Kitch, come on over here and stand--that's it.  Right there beside me.  Now Kitch, in celebration of our tenth show, tonight we're gonna be doing some reminiscing as we look back at some of my favorite moments from "Price is Right" history.  What you are about to see now is where it all began:  September 4, 1972.  On that day, an icon in U.S. modern popular culture was born, and this is what it looked like:

*Audience cheers and applauds*

In 1972 Kitch, the first car ever offered on "The Price is Right, a brand-new Chevrolet Vega at the time, cost $2,746.  Tonight--however--promises to be something that you are gonna enjoy for the rest of your life!  This show is gonna have some "firsts" as well--just like in 1972, and this cool prize is a "first" for this show.  Rich, show us what we've got for Kitch!

RICH:  Oh Kitch, you're gonna have a wild time in this brand-new...

*Infiniti gets brought on-stage to a wild audience reaction*

...LUXURY SUV!

*"Baseball's Best"; Hiroko driving*

For the first time on our stage, the 2010 Infiniti QX56 four-wheel drive comes with standard equipment plus Infiniti Mobile Entertainment System Package and Moonroof Wind Deflector--the Infiniti QX!

An Infiniti QX Kitch, and that could be yours for the taking.  Show us the first number in the price of the Infiniti please.

LUCKY SEVEN

$6|-|-|-|-|  *DING*

*Crowd:  "Oooohhhhhhh..."*

That Infiniti is AT LEAST sixty thousand dollars--that's a lot of car!  Now you're gonna be playing Lucky Seven, and under normal circumstances we would have seven $1 bills to give you.  HOWEVER, we're celebrating our tenth show tonight, which means we've got something special for you.  I am gonna give you seven "wads" of ten $100 bills--or $7000 in cash!  You give me the next four numbers in the price of that Infiniti, and for every number you're off, we will take one of your seven $1000 "wads" away.  You must have one of your $1000 "wads" left over to buy the Infiniti, and IN ADDITION, whatever you have left over at the end of this game will be yours to keep as a special bonus.  So Kitch, tell us the second number in the price of the Infiniti!

KITCH'S $1000 "WADS" REMAINING:  7

Not very original idea for the $2746 Vega -> Lucky 7 intro (to criticize)

And Kitch is gonna start us off with a one.  Show us a one!

LUCKY SEVEN

$6|2|-|-|-|  *DING*

Well it's a two, and that will cost you one of your $1000 wads.  That is a $62,000 car over there that Hiroko is dying to sell you for just $1000.  You have six remaining--five to play with; so tell us the third number in the price of the Infiniti.

KITCH'S $1000 "WADS" REMAINING:  6

Here we go:  the third number is five!  Make it a five!

LUCKY SEVEN

$6|2|4|-|-|  *DING*

You're doin' pretty well, but that will cost you another $1000.  Now tell us the fourth number in the price of that car!

KITCH'S $1000 "WADS" REMAINING:  5

Kitch says the fourth number is five!  We want a five right NOW!

LUCKY SEVEN

$6|2|4|6|-|  *DING*

It's a six, but you're in good shape!  You have essentially $3000 left to play with because you need $1000 left to buy that car, so give us the last number!

KITCH'S $1000 "WADS" REMAINING:  4

*While the audience is seated waiting anxiously for the next act to begin...*

RICH:  OK, we're gonna do a pick-up here.  Here we go!

JOHN:  THAT'S IT--YA GOT IT!!  Sixty two thousand, four hundred sixty-five bucks!

RICH:  Is that good?  OK, that's good; we'll put that in during post-production.  Alright audience, BIG applause--we are live!

------------------------------------------

*Audience cheers and applause; "International Gladiators" bumper sting*

Alright, welcome back to the happiest show on the planet!  Rich Fields, we're missin' someone in Contestant's Row; can you fill our vacant spot?

RICH:  I can accommodate you John!  How about...joeyboy!  COME ON DOWN!!  You're the next contestant on "GoldenBulldog's Price is Right!"

*COD 2006*

JOEYBOY!  Right in the front row!  Welcome to the show!  What's our next prize up for bids?

RICH:  Well, here comes the lovely Hiroko with our next item up for bids, it's a gorgeous DIAMOND NECKLACE!

*Wolf-whistles from the men in the crowd; Hiroko modeling; "Sex and the City" theme*

Made in the USA, this gorgeous Cross Pendant Diamond Necklace from renowned jewelry designer Penny Preville comes in 18-karat white gold and 0.6 total diamond carat weight plus a Pavé diamond cross pendant.

Now just a moment.  We don't have any "archival footage" of this in our library, but a few years ago, a former contestant on "GoldenBulldog's Price is Right" went to a taping of the actual show and got to sit in the front row.  One of the prizes up for bids that night was a diamond necklace that was modeled by Kristina Longa.  Suffice it to say that our former contestant--who shall remain nameless--become transfixed on that necklace.  We all learned a lesson on the day that particular show aired:  "It's not the stone, it's the setting."

*Wild laughter; Rich 2-shot*

Hehehehe...joeyboy, give us a bid on that necklace--and no, the model does NOT come with the necklace!

BIDDING ORDER:
1.  joeyboy
2.  BuddyTom
3.  nowhammies11
4.  PatrickRox80
