If anyone's interested in minutiae, there was an error in this episode's credits. They used the long version of the credits (at least in the online version). Gwen was listed as one of the models despite not appearing in the episode, while Amber got left out of the credits.

Also, I don't understand how Christian, who got the green spot in Contestants' Row and got to bid last FOUR times (five if you count the overbid) never made it out.

I do.  He made terrible bids and only one-upped someone once.
