CSS Results for May 18

If you didn't go over, you probably did pretty well on SC1. Above the overbidders, you also garfed SC2 unless your name is sxykitten3.

The range of bids went from over $17K too high (CliffhangerKing) to over $16K too low (Chief-O). The thing is, just like Bullseye, if you're way too low, you still get on the board, but if you're too high, you don't. Well, you do, but you also get red next to your name.

Back to sxykitten3, that's $17 short of a QSW. Seventeen lousy dollars. It's still a hard/soft DSW, but sheesh, will somebody please get another Q this season? (Don't boast that you're going to do it, just DO IT!) :oldlol:

“For the premiere of season 30, CBS wanted to do a special primetime show. However, they asked that we also add a gimmick or a twist to make it truly special. I came up with the suggestion of taking the show on the road for the first time in its history." - Roger Dobkowitz

Michael Scott expresses my thoughts on this statement.
They can be close at the top, too.

$37,400/$22,200... valiant effort on the second showcase, Armadillo. I can't believe you were that close. 8-O

Kristin's bids: $38,000/$19,000... no win here, either.

If I could have bid "$1 more than whatever the ARP of #1 is", then I would have.  Sadly, my overbid on 1 led me to overbid on 2 as well.  I knew the showcase would break 30, but I admit I pushed even further than I wanted to go on that one.
