I think Drew did a good job today.  But Rich could have done better with Plinko and the showcase
That wasn't a showcase, that was an infomercial.

Something seemed very, very off about this whole episode...it was like no one had any energy.  I wonder if there was a delay in getting the taping started.

The lineup was weird...there was a very quick first half and a not terribly drawn-out second half.  Still, it wasn't the worst lineup I've ever seen...Double Prices second is out of the ordinary, and Clock Game in any slot is great.

Money Game should never be lost with the back of the car behind El Cheapo.

Aw, they put the current logo on Double Prices.  I think the only original logo left now is the one on the Take Two board.

Drew has probably never hosted Clock Game better than he did today.  Barbara played it very well, too, until she got confused toward the end.

Plinko...was boring.

You know what wasn't boring, though?  Seeing somebody win $26,000 in a bonus spin-off.

For having such a goofy prize in it, the second showcase was put together remarkably well.

Did anyone notice how many contestants' names were related to the show's cast today?  There was a Bobby, a Drew, a Kathleen, and a Ms. Olson.

I don't know why Rich was so down on this show, but was fine on the morning taping (Tuesday's show).

Rich & Drew seemed tired.   Probably working too many hours on tape days.   8-O

Recap Correction: It was actually Rachel and Gwendolyn who modeled the Sixth IUFB (digital readers) and Manuela and Rachel who did Plinko.

As a Manuela fan, I like seeing her do new stuff on the show. I don't remember her doing the small prize reveals on Plinko prior to this episode (although I don't have an encyclopedic knowledge for this stuff). She also made the springwear look really good.

The One Away win was really cool. And seems that didn't slide the reveal too far for each digit. It looks like they learned from the accidental reveal of a smidge of the next digit in a prior playing. I like the Masterpiece Theatre music for the digital reader One Bid. I noticed that although a recent episode was said to have been rescheduled due to a Nashville trip, this one stayed on schedule despite the Bangkok trip. I guess there a greater fear of viewer backlash it in a place where a lot of American viewers are currently suffering.

There can always be other reasons too. I mean there's the contestant's safety, or it could also be the fact that where the contestant was to be staying could have flood damage and there is no telling when that hotel will reopen. I remember when me and my family were going to Georgia to help participate as volunteers in the ING Marathon held there over a year ago we didn't know where we were gonna be able to stay because the hotel we were going to stay at was terribly damaged and sections of it were closed to the public. They had a deadly tornado hit 2 weeks prior to the event and many rooms had window damage.
