According to the season timelines, this episode is from Feb. 25, 1992.

I have this episode. Wasn't a bad one; there was a funny moment when Michael's friend thought they'd only air half the episode, and was afraid that Michael's appearance wouldn't air. I just wish that one of the other games was won; shame to see both cars lost.
