Sorry, I meant to ask Kitch this question, because he put Switch as the person's guess, and it was put down as a loss

That lineup today sucked! That had to be the quickest first half we've ever seen.

On the other hand, Coming or Going finally got a long, overdue reveal.

Only 2 games won today so the question is will we go the rest of season 38 without another skunking?
pepe! It took us all summer to clean out all the skunk stink from seasons 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40!!!

Maybe this is one instance where a trait from TNPIR '94 could work: have the contestant randomly select from a handful of cards/envelopes to determine his/her range.

Nice. This would make the game a bit more like Card Game. Or simply widen the range (fixed) so as not to change the classic Range Game dynamic.

I'm sure someone else is going to pull an example/video out to disprove me ... but I can't recall a case (lately, at least) where the rangefinder could have run all the way up the post and WON.

I've never thought of Range Game being in need of a new rangefinder.  What should it be, Army, $200?  Should the scale be adjusted accordingly from $600 to $800, or something?

I'm with FrenchFan...I've been saying the game needs to from $150 of a $600 range to $500 of a $2,000 range for quite some time now.

How can Switch? be lost if the person swiched the prizes?

Because Kitch has the ARP's mixed up in his recap.  :P  I'll fix that when I copy it over.

I'm really getting sick of seeing the price so high up the Range Game board.

It's nice to have a real price reveal in Coming or Going, but the way they showed it needs changed -- the game board looked squashed down at the bottom of the screen.

Was this "Add the Most Retarded Thing We Can Find to Every Trip Day" or something?  I mean, really...a bingo tournament?  A tour of a jelly bean factory?  Those were goofy even for Mikey.

Speaking of trips, what the hell happened to the second showcase?  It almost felt like two separate showcases got smashed together!

Was that the first $1 showcase bid with the new displays? Oddly, it did not look like the 1 was stretched (horizontally scaled, for you graphic-design  types out there) like when a less-than-$1,000 difference is shown.

I don't know if they did anything to it or not...but am I the only one who sorta misses seeing that lonely "1" all by itself on the right side of the display when this happens?

(And no, I'm pretty sure it wasn't the first one.)

I'm sure someone else is going to pull an example/video out to disprove me ... but I can't recall a case (lately, at least) where the rangefinder could have run all the way up the post and WON.

Actually, lately is when you would find such a thing.

And Army, there's something wrong with your avatar. ;)

The only really good things about this episode was the new Coming or Going reveal!!! Great!!!!  I will also add that Drew is doing much better.  He at least seems like he cares at least in the recent episodes that I have seen.

Way too much novelty crap for prizes going "On the Cheap."  Showcases are getting very lame and repetitive with gimmicks and trips to stupid places.  Maybe when they get out of budget mode for next season we will see some luxury cars and quality basic prizes again.
