FAQ
« on: August 14, 2010, 08:08:40 PM »
When I try to access the FAQ, either through the button or though a direct link, I get the following error message:

Database error

A database query syntax error has occurred. This may indicate a bug in the software. The last attempted database query was:
(SQL query hidden) from within function "Title::loadRestrictions". Database returned error "1146: Table 'greenm_grn.wiki_page_restrictions' doesn't exist (localhost)".

This happens even when I try to access the technical FAQ

The FAQ's been taken offline due to some malware issues the site's been having [outlined here].

The FAQ is now up and running again, and the Golden Gallery and the forum archives are virus-free.  Major thanks to Seth Thrasher for getting these fixed for us.

Wonder how long it will be before the chat is up and running again.

The Chat is a more complicated repair, unfortunately. The (paid) software was unfortunately damaged by the virus attack. Various options are being explored to either restore the software, or otherwise introduce new chat software on either a temporary or full-time basis.

Oh ok. I didn't realize that chat got damaged that bad.  Well hopefully it will be fixed by the 20th for the premiere.
