CSS Results for 10/11/2010
« on: October 11, 2010, 12:28:58 PM »
What a day. You throw in a 2 prize showcase and Mall of America trip with Charger and you get a wide variety of bids and results

4 DSW's, 3 WSDs, 3 DOB's, and the only GARF on Africa is matched with a DSW and the best bid on SC2 and the most cash awarded.

A lot of GREAT bids on the Charger, and it came down to $29, giving Phatboi the big money award and points... GRF won today, almost had it all, but still get some nice points and cash....

Poor Flerbert419 (WSD with DSW)

Phatboi504, a 13K bid? Really?  Well, who am i to say anything as you had a great day.

2 cameras and a safari, I thought I would be very cheap. But I take my DSW from SC2 and run with it.

BLERG!

Why did I add $1000 to SC1?!? Why?!? I would have won with a near-Q (and a total difference below $500) if I hadn't...

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

$19,300/$28,100... I can take a little comfort in knowing that Armadillo had me beaten even if I hadn't had a Heels on SC1. Still stinks to do that, though.

Darn it.

A :dsw: doesn't count if you :wsd:!

Only one player did worse than stagey without going over. I don't know if that's an accomplishment or not.

So does this count as the new standard for fireball specials?

My last four games consisted of a $254 difference, a DOB, a DSW, and $372 overbid.  Is it just me, or am I turning into Heels?

My first DOB of the season. I think I never did that before, so it's an accomplishment.
Le Juste Prix, my childhood gameshow, and love TPIR.

HYO: $75,515 (SC 1/2 (loss against a DSW), PG 2/2, getting up on stage 2/8 - 2 FFBC)
CSS: 2 wins, 1 DSW, 2 WSD, $202,298, best bid $118.

Kristin's bids: $16,500/$36,000... the moral victory goes to me. Unfortunately, moral victories don't count for anything... so nobody gets a victory on the scoreboard.
