« on: October 24, 2010, 06:47:45 AM »
Do we know if and when 3 Strikes will have its first playing this season? Also, what do you think will be the next games to be refurbished?

3 Strikes and Golden Road have yet to be played this season (plus Check Game and Credit Card).

For the refurbishments, I see Bonus Game.

Shell Game hasn't been played either but I think we all know why.

Nope, sure don't. Drew admits he's bad at it, but it still manages to get played (although not yet this season).

Additionally, can't say that it's being "refurbished," because it's just a table.

So is Card Game, but they refurbished it.

Not true.  Card Game also has an electronic display built in to it, whereas Shell Game is just a table, no electronics present.  Which reminds me, have they changed Card Game's display to a plasma?

They changed the felt... whoopie. :-P

No -- the only thing they changed in Card Game in the past few years was the felt top.

I would love to see them step backwards in time and give clock game a make over that resembles the 80's version.  Green border and base, blue chroma key, orange clock.  The current set just doesn't look to well against the turntable wall.

As much as I'd like to see that happen, it wouldn't work...the turntable wall is blue, and using a blue chromakey section would cause half of the turntable to be keyed out as well...IIRC, it was the blue part of the turntable walls in season 31 that caused it to be repainted in the first place...

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

I can see a makeover for Bonus Game, as well as 1 Right Price.

There are the rumors of Check Game's refurbishment. Of currently played games I think Bonus Game as well.
