Viacom slaps YouTube in the face AGAIN
« on: December 11, 2010, 07:54:10 PM »
I don't know if anyone talked about this before I opened this, but lock it if so, but however...

I knew in the back of my head that this would happen, but just within the last 24-48 hours or so (correct me if I'm wrong), Viacom filed a 72-page appeal to the United States Appeals Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to their $1 Billion lawsuit against YouTube and Google that they lost last June 2010.

What are your thoughts on this?
(to the tune of Sailor Moon)
Guessing prices by moonlight, winning cars by day light, never losing to a real fight, I am the one named...WHAAAAT?!?!

Well, I mean, animation online IS flagrant no matter what... I ask why Viacom is so worried its profit is vastly affected, though. Only the best of fans (who will watch the show on TV too) want this stuff online.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...
