Still not there.   :)   It's not as simple as it seems. 

This involves what would be for you a foreign cultural phenomenon.   I don't recall ever seeing a French redneck, so it's quite understandable that you have no basis for comparison.   

For instance...

You might be a redneck if your truck costs more than your house.

This is a reference to the (quite common) sight of a very expensive truck sitting outside a run-down mobile home, which is stereotypical of a redneck.
