Uploading a Picture Help

How do I upload a picture and not just a link? I tried putting the link in the box and everything but cant figure out how to just get a picture.

Well, the easiest way is to highlight your link and hit the button next to the Youtube button. It looks like a painting but all it does is put the html img code at both ends. If you want to just do that do
