I've rewatched all 5 of these videos, I mean George knows his stuff.

Except the difference between the Showcase and the Showcase Showdown.

1)  Jeff
2)  Dave
3)  Steve

All are actually pretty close.   I take Jeff because of his personality with his announcing.

Does anyone know when they will FINALLY decide on someone?  Are all of these guys still in the running or has TPIR maybe cut a couple of them?

Steve's opening calldowns are on the verge of being pretty good.  His prize descriptions aren't.  George is getting more and more over the top.

For me, David would be the only choice.

I agree with the rankings put out there by FredtheOne26 for the most part, only difference is I would have the rankings go David, George, Jeff, Steve, JD, Brad.

Still looks like if David or Jeff gets the job, most will be happy.

Which means Brad will get it.
They can be close at the top, too.

George is my top vote.  Brad is second worst, and Steve (the current one) ranks on the bottom of my list.

I have a gut feeling the new announcer won't be named until the Season 40 Premiere later this year.  The way the announcers keep coming in and Season 39 is virtually half over, it wouldn't surprise me if there was to be a seventh announcer to audition to take Rich Fields' podium after Steve White.

From best to worst, IMHO:

David H. Lawrence XVII
Jeff Davis
George Gray
JD Roberto
Steve White
Brad Sherwood
(gap)
(even bigger gap)
(tiny gap)

Yes, I put my gaps at the bottom.  I just wanted to be different.
