I was faced with a tough choice between the accesories and the motorcycle (or motor scooter) on Most Expensive.  I though the latter was the most expensive.  I did not expect the chairs and table to be the most expensive.  I was surprised about that and the fact that the prize that I selected was the least expensive!  I am happy, however, to see that all 3 prizes were won.

The 2 contestants who won $1,000 on his own Showcase Showdown made their way to the Showcases.  They were having an opportunity to win his own automobiles.  And both bids were superb.  That was a very interesting show, I must say.

The second half of Clock Game was more painful to watch than Richard Simmons' "Sweating To the Oldies".
So this is the "get off of my lawn" stage of my life.  I'm not impressed.

This show was about as average as they can come, which is fine.

Note to the person who makes the lineups: please try to balance them better from half to half.  A first half of Freeze Frame/Most Expensive/Pass The Buck is insanely boring, especially since Rat Race or Clock Game could have gone in there.
They can be close at the top, too.

I forget their names at the moment (recap is not yet up at this time), but the Rat Race and Clock Game contestants today sent this show well down. Wins there would have made up for the lineup (why can't Adam create good lineups with Buck in them?), but they really both blew it. I haven't seen Rat Race set up so easy before, in fact...

The only good thing about today's show was the most expensive win had it not been won i woulda thrown a temper tantrum on here due to a skunking.
pepe! It took us all summer to clean out all the skunk stink from seasons 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40!!!

-Most Expen$ive was won??? Thank goodness the accessories weren't evil.
-Pass the Buck was awwww. That's all I can say.
-Rat Race was a fail. Not only because of the contestant. Drew, I don't think Bob ever joked that the games he created were the best games on the show and there are games definitely better than yours (although yours is up there).
-Clock Game was just full of FAIL. Drew says "Lower" and you go higher. Someone isn't a good listener.
-Freeze Frame and Balance Game were just boring.

I wonder if people watch TPiR before they come on the show. It would really help. Watching a week of shows might have won Balance Game and gotten three picks in Pass the Buck.

Oh yeah, I forgot about Drew during Rat Race today. Since when has he gone all egotistical about his game like that? That shows a clear lack of understanding...everyone has their own favorite game, and no biased should be shown on-air about it.

I think Drew's reference to Rat Race  was clearly intended as a joke in a wink wink nod nod type way. Unfortunately, Drew didn't deliver it that well so it might not have come across that way.

This show was.....a frustrating snoozer. The lineup was boring as mentioned, and we made up for some of our good luck in games in the past couple weeks with bad luck today. And the Clock Game playing was just bad. She managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory right there. At least the showcases were decent today (random California trip aside). On to spring break tomorrow!

Timings:
Freeze Frame (4)- 3:20
Most Expensive (3.5) - 3:10
Pass The Buck (5.5) - 4:20
Balance Game (4) - 3:45
Rat Race (6) - 5:23
Clock Game (4.5)- 4:21
Total (27.5): 24:19

I don't think he was questioning Drew's understanding.

It was really, really blatantly obvious that Drew was joking. If there was any problem with Drew's comments about Rat Race, it's that he made the fact that he was joking so obvious that it blunted the effect of joke. It would have been effective with more of a straight, deadpan delivery.

What it came across as was a buildup for Plinko!

Or worse, I was afraid it was a buildup for Pay the Rent, but then I realized that we already had Pass the Buck earlier, so another GP game was unlikely.
