Thinking about going on a hunger strike.

If we ever want to see game shows make a comeback, somebody has to take action. Desperate times call for desperate measures. I think I might fly down to NBC studios in L.A. and chain myself to either a lamp post or something in front of the Alameda Avenue entrance and go on a hunger strike. I will sit there and I will not eat until I talk to whoever is in charge of NBC Daytime. I don't know how long I'll have to do it, but it would bad PR for NBC to let someone die in front of their building.

I'm sorry, but they're not gonna bring back an old game show just because one person goes on a hunger strike.

But it 7501 people went on a hunger strike...

No. That was somebody else. But there is absolutely, positively no reason that I can think of that game shows cannot make a comeback. If other countries can do it, then so can we. There are waaaaay too many talk shows on TV and the networks think that people will want to see more? Bubbles burst eventually.

We can't even get reruns of some of our favorites because for some trivial reason, the owners think they can make more money by letting the tapes sit on a shelf in an LA warehouse than let GSN or The Hub make use of them. That's why I want to take action.

Standing up to the establishment? This is hardly Rosa Parks territory. It's just TV, and just business. Not some great case of human suffering.
