Yes, that is the order they lined up in for the first One Bid.  The actual order they were called down in is what Steve has listed at the top.  I have this episode, so to simplify things, here is the lineup order for each One Bid, going from right to left ("right" meaning where the red podium is today).

First One Bid - Rita, Marion, Mavoureen, Bob

Second One Bid - Rita, Mike, Mavoureen, Bob

Third One Bid - Marva, Mike, Mavoureen, Bob

Here are the bids for Clock Game.

For the dishwasher...

$115 - HIGHER
$117 - HIGHER
$119 - HIGHER
$200 - HIGHER
$250 - HIGHER
$300 - LOWER
$290 - HIGHER
$295 - RIGHT (17 seconds left)

For the sailboat...

$1,500 - LOWER
$1,400 - LOWER
$1,200 - LOWER
$1,100 - LOWER
$1,000 - LOWER
$900 - LOWER
$800 - LOWER
$700 - HIGHER
$750 - LOWER
$740 - LOWER
$730 - LOWER
$720 - LOWER (Time expires)
Roger Dobkowitz's Seven Commandments of The Price Is Right:
1. Tape and edit the show as if it were live.
2. Never tell the contestant what to do.
3. Size matters. (The bigger the prize, the better the prize and the bigger the reaction.)
4. All prizes are good.
5. Never do anything on the show that would embarrass a parent with a kid watching.
6. Never put on a prize that would make the show look cheap.
7. Itís the game, stupid! (Itís about the game.)

- Roger Dobkowitz on Stu's Show September 23, 2009.
