Some comments:

-The MYM cue sounds REALLY out of place in Temptation.

-I was really rooting for Esther.  Her conversation with Bob made me nostalgic for the olden days of Price...it's too bad that we don't have very many of these moments anymore.  I was really disappointed when she didn't get out of Contestant's Row.

-Is Ramen Pride still around?

-Does anyone know how long that Clam interior design lasted?  That would work quite well in place of what we have now.

-Did anyone else notice that the Jeans and Containers were out of order during Switcheroo?

-Melvin was a HOOT.   :oldlol:

-I WANT THAT JUKEBOX!   :-D

I kinda liked hearing the Make Your Move cue during Temptation, that was pretty cool.
Thrilled to see Holly back as well !  :D

Bob's standard advice in Poker Game (pick 9s) steered today's contestant completely down the wrong path...I really don't mind that Poker got retired.

How is picking 9s steering people down the wrong path?  Sure, something like 77771 would beat 99965, but picking 9s is the easiest way to secure a win.

Were there always multiple 9's between the four prizes in Poker Game, though? He might have said that on a day where there were only one or two nines between the prices of the prizes.

great show, great contestants, great pricing games, and great commercials.

How come they don't show commercials for products like that anymore? Is it because the show lost some of their sponsors?

Does anyone have an episode where Pat is modeling on the show before Holly came back?

Notice that they had the old sc podiums, and had already dropped Todman from the credits.
I didn't think both changed until the new season started in Fall '84.

THe SC podiums did change as of the 1984-85 season premiere. Todman's name was dropped from the credits of TPIR in early 1984, IIRC his name continued to be seen on 80s Tattletales through the end of the run. Feud dropped his name sometime in 1982, and CHild's Play was always noted as an MG TV Production. Feud and CHild's Play were the first shows not to have TOdman in the credits. On Super Password, while Todman's name was never in the end credits, the checks shown on camera for the Magic Toaster Cashword for the first part of the run had Goodson and Todman's name on it, while later in the run they changed the check in the Cashword toaster to a check with the Super Password logo on it and no GT/Goodson references.

Actually, Tattletales for the final 8-10 weeks of the run was changed to MGP as well, now with that, there is a Mother and Son week of shows that were still billed as a MG/BT production, so that week was aired sometime in February 1984(either 2/6 or the week of 2/13), not May despite what Tammy Warner marked in her Tattletales collection.

Okay, I know I'm not really going to get anywhere talking to Iris Mason, but I'm going to try this anyway:

I have no idea when any portion of Tattletales was taped or aired, but wouldn't it be more logical to assume that this week was taped out of order and was broadcast in May amongst other episodes that had been recorded later?
