WHy they edited out a spin of the SCSD and left the overbid during the sixth IUFB in, I don't know.

Because they didn't edit it out — it wasn't recorded in the first place.

Five Price Tags was awesome right up until the end, when the contestant took over. And to think I was complaining about the beauties pulling the tags.  :-x

BHEN! This cue just feels so right with Pick-a-Pair. Unfortunately, the contestant made it another mess to watch. At least she won. :P

One Away was awsome.

I don't know what to say about SCSD2, except let's not let it happen again.

Oddly, it also leads to a potential problem -- Rosa is allowed to spin at that point, although I really doubt she would have had Drew offered after explaining (for a second time) what was going on.

I thought he said, in explaining what had happened, that she had spun .85 and decided to stay.

I didn't see the first two pricing games, but it looks like they had nice wins on them.  I really wish I'd gotten to see Five Price Tags

Shopping Spree:  Rats! :-(
Pick A Pair:  Nice win! :-)
Side By Side:  :headbang:!!
One Away:  Totally awesome!  First time this has happened since Seaaon 37 on the episode where that guy (I forget his name) bid right on the nose in the showcase, if I'm not mistaken.

Great show overall, IMHO. :-)

If he did, I missed it.  I'll have to look at it again later on.

Great show today! A 4 out of 6 today.  How often do we get that many winners?  Not often!

My comments on the SUPER win on One Away:

Wow! How often is it that a contestant gets the price of the car on the nose on the 1st try?  :-D
Contestants need to remember to say "Oh mighty sound effects lady first BEFORE asking how many numbers do they have right!!!  8-)

Five Price tags: Only missed one, but won the car on the 1st try when she had 3 chances to win!
Push Over: Easy.  Who ever thought that a trip to Mexico could be so expensive?
Shopping Spree: Too easy.  But why the heck was the sofa so cheap?
Side By Side: Tough loss!  :-(

Rest of the show: Great
Showcases: Good, but why the heck did the other contestant bid over $30K?  Did he think that boat was worth more than $30K?

Overall: Great show!

it never bothered me before i guess but lately hearing everyone talk about drew's mumbling and uhms and uhhhhs and you would think already being in his 5th year he could be more professional about it. im not sure if this relates or anything at all but drew coming from an improv background, kinda seems ironic how he stumbles, mumbles and pauses like he does.

Five Price Tags was a good start. i didnt feel in any way that the reveal was anticlimactic when she pulled the price tag off, i actually think it made the win a bit better.

I think Marcy had the most creative shirt ive seen this season so far, heck even in awhile.

I think Cabo San Lucas' price wasnt so surprising, considering theyve been offering trips on steroids lately with all these extra activities and such added on.

Shopping Spree actually seemed like a toss up between those last two prizes, especially considering we saw yesterday on Most Expensive how cheap the designer prize was and that was shoes, these were just accessories and ive seen sofa's offered on the show that surpass $1,000 so i dont blame him for losing.

Side By Side looked like it was set up to be tricky and not so obvious so when Rosa went with the less obvious i thought she had it.

I actually like when the contestants go up to the gorcery items and poll the audience, gets them more involved in the game and experience rather than just standing next to drew.

One Away i think has been justified by everyone here so in order for me to describe it i would have to make up a word and its much to late in the day for that  :-P

This actually felt like the best show in awhile, at least from what i can recall. lets hope we continue to finish off the week strong!

Wow!  This was probably the best lineup we've had all season!  Add four wins to the equation and you've got a top-notch show!

It was great to see the One Away win on the first try, as well as a reasonable FPT setup.  My two biggest gripes were the peanut gallery talking Rosa out of an easy SBS win and the obvious gaffe in SCSD2.  Drew clearly had no idea what was going on, and I'm not sure anyone else did, either.

My Showcase Bids:
Florida/Boat: $27,310 ($388)
London/Car: $31,245 ($45) :dsw:

It's bids like these that make me wish I was still able to play CSS.

Three FALSE prices in 5 Price Tags... I am shocked, Mike.  You actually made this game easy for an average contestant.  Then again, Anna was no average contestant:  She won the car on her first pick.  So we've seen long-awaited wins in 10 Chances, Pathfinder, and 5 Price Tags very early in the season.  This begs the question:  Will Temptation finally be won this season?

And One Away ends with an exacta!  I'm surprised that the car's price actually ended in zero.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say that a premature off-camera showdown spin has never happened before.

My showcase bids:
WWP--$24,507
Car--$30,107
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

You are correct. Drew did indeed say that she had spun an 85, and she's keeping it.

How the hell is Cabo San Lucas $6,000?  If Roger had been setting this up, I'd have been 100% sure it was $1,986.

Roger, is that you:oldlol:

Drew has to do a better job of keeping the contestants away from the props - has the potential for some pretty big screw-ups (e.g. contestant revealing a Grand Game price before actually selecting a product, etc.).  Also, One Away is a great example of how Drew can come up with his own schtick and make it his own.  Now if he could only do that with a few other games....
