CSS Results for 11/30/2011 - Game #42 - History

Where do I even begin today...
3 WSD's... sigh - That's 6 total this week
FIVE DSW's today - That's 9 total this week.

But the big thing, and although I'm not 100% sure, this may be a HISTORICAL OCCASION IN CSS.

Not just ONE but TWO PLAYERS EXACTA a showcase today!  I guess that's what can happen when you have 3 prizes with known values.  Apparently Wayoshi and Bryan are the two who woke up and paid attention today.

So how does all this work..

Well since Bryan and Wayoshi both tied with $0 on showcase 2, their bids on the first showcase (like any other tie) determines who gets the cash...  That'd be Bryan.. So with the rules of an exacta, instead of getting 2x points, he gets 4x for an exacta, and for cash, he get's the value of both showcase + for the exacta, he wins another SC2, so that nets him $80,145 and massive pointage... oh wayoshi.... at least you get 4x points today (hence the unbolded cash)  You two will be the first to ever tie on an exacta in a single day + receive the exacta 4x bonus.

Let's not forget ljmaya also DSW'ed that showcase.

SC1 also had 2 DSW's;  Roadgeek  Adam had the better one over Gameshowboy92 so he'll get himself a nice 56K.

But even with all that, there were TONS of 3 digit differences today and a whopping 17 players scored an A today.  Might just be one of the best day's ever across the board minus those who failed to score today.

And then there's RCPlanes59 who has become a victim of the 19K wine vault. Blackened bid you get since, well, because.

Congrats to Wayoshi and Bryan, very, very impressive. Otherwise, YAY A DSW.  First one that counts since the BuddyTom era, which in itself is amazing that I've waited this long. $58,969 in December is more impressive than a cashing on a $11,173 difference in May. More content with how I got this.

You're thinking of the wrong day you nut, there was no WWP on 11/30/11.....Also, there was a lot of other things in the wine vault showcase, mainly 2 trips...
