I haven't been in the contestant's spot in a while on an HYO, so I'll join.

Me, I'd make Shell Game's bonus a flat $1,000 and apply a variation of Shell Game's current bonus to Magic #-if you win, in addition to the two prizes, you'll win cash in the amount of the Magic # you set.

Isn't that a Check Game bonus, not Shell Game?  If I recall, Shell Game only gives the $500 if you win all four chips and guess where the ball is after that.  Check Game gave you the cash in the amount of your check in addition to the prize; a good budget control game as the total could never exceed $6,000.

I'm in.

And I would bring back Walk of Fame... except with a three-digit prize as the first prize, a four-digit prize as the second prize, a regular car as the third... and a luxury car as the fourth.

I'll join.

I would stop making Grand Game so impossible to win. Seriously, a $2 target price last summer?

Guys, don't make me go all Mikey on you, and make me judge you by your photos and attractiveness, I'm just saying.

My word, this is the most pathetic audition for a cu show I've ever seen.

Even though I have the pass, I shall provide an audition ten times better than most of these:

I would offer nothing but time pieces. Drew, of course, has a problem with keeping the show live-to-tape. So with the studio flooded with grandfather clocks, watches, cuckoo clocks, etc., the show can always stay on time, and Drew will be cuckoo to get out of the hosting gig he did for the money, not the clockies.

I love how others are taking over MY job. :p

Anyways, still plenty of time to sign up. Having difficulty coming up with something? Outlandish is good. Very good.

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

I'm definitely in.

If I had the opportunity to run the show for one day....man, I'd die. First off, I'm having Michael Karp as a guest. I'll subject him to Pay the Rent. Then, I'll have Edd Kalehoff come out and give him Pick-A-Number, with the first digit missing....and for a Moog Synthesizer (that wouldn't be an S&P violation, would it?). Mike Richards can then come out and play Lucky $even for some nice car priced at $19,995 (since 9 is his favorite number). To appease Syd, I'll paint the wheel purple....and black, and have Ray Lewis host the SCSD. Finally at the showcase, I'll offer Mike an 87 Volume Encyclopedia titled "The History of Bob Barker: Year By Year" and the reels of the 72, 74, 76, and 83 packages. And as apart of the prize he'll win the opportunity to play them for a month and mix them with the current ones. In order to do that Roger will guest star and offer him 10 lessons in how to mix the old cues with the new. Mike will try to overbid on this, however the actual retail price of it all is $Priceless, so he wins by default! After we stop tape, I'll be escorted out of the studio faster than Drew goes from happy to safkafmumblemumblemumble.

I'm in!

If I ran the show for a day, my motto would be, "Just play the damn game!"  No guest stars, no cheesy themes, no gimmicks...PERIOD!  This is The Price is Right and not some talk show where Guy Fieti can hawk his latest cookbook.

I'll take a crack at it.

My plans for the day include replacing the modern cues with "Friday", "mmmbop", and the greatest hits of Justin Bieber. After deleting the backups so they have to use the old cues, we'll bring the Pay the Rent house out for a controlled demolition. Each member of the audience will be supplied with sticks and their choice of hot dogs, marshmallows or vegetarian kebabs for roasting.

I am in.

If I were to run the show for the day, I'd replace some cues with real songs, old or new (playing the song "Jump Around" when a trampoline is offered, playing "Come Sail Away" when a sailboat is offered, etc.). I'd also bring back the bailout rule for switcheroo
