I'm not getting the "way to keep it civil" line. Or maybe I'm too cynical, and it's meant as a compliment. *shrugs*

I'm shaking my head at some of the comments below the article.
2nd place, 2011 CSS playoffs.     QSW, 3/27/17, 1/15/18. Exacta, 5/14/21.

I'm not getting the "way to keep it civil" line.

It's referring to Drew not pulling a "I hate her and don't want to have anything to do with her" and instead saying that they still care about each other and he still loves Connor.

Shouldn't this be in "The Talk is Right".  Nevertheless, too bad things didn't work out.  Also CJBBojangles, love your avatar.

Even though its about Drew only, its not price related.

Also CJBBojangles, love your avatar.

I second that.

The article states they still have a great deal of love for each other. For all we know, they're still together, just not engaged.

After all, marriage is not for everyone.
I support The Price is Right.

It does say "he also made clear that despite their split...". So that would suggest to me that they are no longer together at all.

I for one won't miss the awkward moments of the child running around the stage... The director seemingly not sure whether or not to try and get him on camera, Drew ignoring the game and the contestants to try and corral him, etc.

A rude poster on Twitter accused Drew of "dropping" Nicole, and he did not claim it was untrue.

I think "if you knew any of us or had the actual facts" is Drew claiming it was untrue...Don't you?

I took it to mean that there was a series of events that had led to the breakup which had not been made public, and Drew did not unceremoniously dump her because he lost the weight.

He certainly could have said "we are still together, just not engaged".
