Great Grocery Game win! Nice Clock Game win! Should have gone with the odds in Dice Game.

I liked Drew's interactions with the contestants today, along with some of his playful jokes about/with them. In particular, the "daytime drinking good stuff", the "cool under pressure nurse/Hi I'm Jeremy", & and the "3 people just ran out the back" lines, as well as feigning that personal trainer Michael hurt his hand while shaking it. :)

Hope everyone has a nice weekend. :)

Great Clock Game playing by Isidro. He knew exactly how to do it.

George is one of my picks for Contestant Of The Year. He played Grocery Game well too.

Kind of a boring lineup today. We exhausted the six most common car games AND used Squeeze... lame.

I'm almost expecting the next Clock Game to be mangled after two straight solid playings.

What did George [not Gray] do to curry favor with the nuts? While I didn't like the bunch of editing I saw, I can tolerate it if it's for extending good contestant interaction like this. Also, if Mike insists on crap for a year, at least today worked with either gender.

Unfortunately, I have to say that Michael lost Dice because he quite grasp the mechanics of the game.

That second chip somehow angled itself halfway down to drop right into the middle. That's as crazy as one of those double-slot-wide ricochets near the bottom.
S5x... the show's stabilized into something decent now, I guess...

Whoever is the editor now needs to be fired.  The first four were standing up before their names were called!
They can be close at the top, too.

Clock Game was played about as perfectly as one should play it.  No mistakes combined with perfect targeting of the price led to a win with plenty of time to spare.

Grocery Game was well played also.

Dice Game would've been won by most based on the same dice rolls.  It was an ultimately costly decision to go against the odds on the 3rd number of the car.

In case you didn't notice, the start was clearly edited for quickness. The entire intro was fast.

I can now confirm that having done the timings. I don't post the intro timings, but I have to keep track of them every day in order to be able to time the 1st pricing game. On an average day, the intro is very consistently anywhere from 1:08-1:10. Today it was just 57 seconds! That is so substantial an edit it's clear that whatever ended up on the screen was going to be bad. Here's hoping they don't have to try this again - there are other ways to cut time. I did appreciate the long lineup and extra contestant focus we got today though, so I guess it has to be a tradeoff somewhere.

As for the actual show, this was a nice end to the week! Lots of great contestants today - Clock Game and Grocery Game in particular, and some good playings of games to go with it. Mike also generally laid off setups - he only REALLY wanted TTM lost today. This definitely made a difference in an overall lighter feeling show. In addition, this was a very fun lineup to end the week with, as opposed to the snoozer we got last Friday. One of those shows that I don't have all THAT much to say about, but it was very good.

Timings:
Clock Game (4.5) - 3:58
That's Too Much (5) - 4:22
Grocery Game (5) - 5:38
Side By Side (3.5) - 3:14
Dice Game (4.5) - 4:02
Plinko (5.5) - 5:07
Total (28): 26:21

I realize that.  It's really bad when the editing is done so horribly that they cut to the contestants leaping from their seats just before there name is called.

Maybe I just miss the days when the cameras "found" the people and you got that blur effect.
They can be close at the top, too.

Solid show today. Outside of the car games, we got a good set of games and even the quickie was one of the less commonly-seen ones, and those games were played well or otherwise exciting to watch.

Isidro understood Clock Game very well and played it like a champ.

Even That's Too Much!, while not easy, wasn't as bad as it could be; I'll take a price in 7th (or 4th) over 3rd/8th, and it hinged mainly on not underpricing the car.

Grocery Game was also played well. George was a great contestant.

Side by Side was a forced win.

Dice Game: yeah, I don't think Michael realized that, on a four, going higher is going against the odds.

Plinko: She shouldn't have missed that many SP's; not sure why she was going "ends with" on all four, and particularly on the measuring cup. At least one of her chips turned out to be a lucky one, though. If nothing else, it makes for an exciting win.

Clock Game:  Very well played! :-)
Grocery Game, Side By Side:  Nice job! :-)
Dice Game:  Shoulda went with the odds on the 3rd number! :headbang:
Plinko:  I'm glad one of Tiffany's chips went into the $10,000 slot even though she didn't do too good on the pricing portion of the game.
Showcase:  Great bid by Michael! :-)

Good end to the week, IMHO.

Clock Game: I was thinking about this game this morning. That was some good play that got me laughing for joy.

That's Too Much!: When Gwen starts talking, you know your duped. I wanted to go one more, but still would got her talking like that.

Grocery Game: I always try to find out what the theme is myself. Yes to the one bar buy.

Side by Side: NIAgra Falls can't be that cheap. Man, that does look like a breathtaking place to look at with the naked eye.

Dice Game: Damn, that was a bad edit for the first number (and other bits of the game in play).

Plinko: I think the jib camera gave it away. I'll bet some of y'all were taking bets that Tiffany would crap out with this one. I thought it could happen. And with only two chips, there may have been more possibility that she would end up with only $10,000.

Showcases: To me, it was kinda obvious that Isidro was over, but will we get another DOB? Not today.

I liked Clock Game today...I usually find it boring & Drew usually makes it confusing & then blames it on the contestant....but today it was great!!
I am so tired of That's Too Much I left the room while it was on & watched the commercials...
I loved Grocery Game!  Rhyming products...LOL  great job Scott!
Side By Side...easy
Dice Game..it seemed odd that Gwen rolled out the table by herself...He really rolled a lot of bad numbers...
Nice come back in Plinko!

Nice wins in Grocery Game as well as in Clock Game. Both games were played very well.
