Clock game and grocery game were played excellent. Side by side was easy. Michael coulda won dice game had he went with the odds on that 3rd number.
pepe! It took us all summer to clean out all the skunk stink from seasons 36, 37, 38, 39, and 40!!!

It seemed to me like there was some confusion and explanation edited out of Dice Game before Michael said higher for the second number. He didn't seem to know what was going on, but he made a great bid on his Showcase in the end.

Setups were kinda weird today overall... a really easy Clock Game and Side by Side, manageable Grocery Game, and then evil SPs in Plinko. The prices were deceptive, but when the wrong price ends in weird numbers like 2 and 3, the first number is going to be the right one. The only one she got right was the only one I got wrong.

I love when the whole audience is rooting for a single contestant like they were for George. :-)

I can't believe that Clock Game finally showed up today.  Had to be on an FPG day, didn't it?  But Isidro aced the game, despite Mike trying to force a loss with that cheapo TV.  Seriously, $499?  When was the last time a prize that cheap appeared in Clock Game?

Yay!  Birthday boy Scott on camera!

My showcase bids:
Skating--$21,107 ( :wsd: )
Car--$21,107
Well, this week was supposed to be a return to normalcy, but that's clearly not allowed.  Since you feel there is no need for this week's FPG to continue, I feel there is no need to continue as an FPG host or a G-R.net member.  Since most people are so desperate to push me out of here, why delay it?  I would have preferred that everybody publicly admitted it rather than string me along for the last two days, but it is what it is.  I am hereby resigning as FPG host and moderator, effective immediately.  whammy007 is the new permanent host.  No R-rated rant or airing of grievances from me.  Just a polite "goodbye for good".

First off, as we used to say in the old days, FIRST PLACE, BEYOTCHES!  (And I thought I was screwed when Clock Game showed up!)

That said...Drew was back to normal today.  We all knew it was coming, but that doesn't make it any less annoying.  At least we got three decent shows out of it.

The opening looked horrendous today.  If they absolutely have to edit something, it damn well needs to be something else!

Drew's explanation of Clock Game was pretty darn bad, although that might be a byproduct of how sliced up it was.

Plinko wasn't set up too well today, but the small prizes still shouldn't have been blown as badly as they were.

I agree with you guys on the opening.  At first I thought it was because they could see their names on the cards before George read them off, but that did feel rushed.
Clock Game: Nicely played.  Isidro definitely knew what he was doing.
That's Too Much: Too bad.  Definitely set up for a loss.
Grocery: I was hoping there'd be something else on the table under $2, and George found it.
Side by Side: Cinch.  The Falls are gorgeous.  Spent a few hours there coming home from Toronto and would love to go back up that way.
Dice Game: The trend on this game is that it's a good idea to go against the odds ONCE out of the 4 rolls if you have to.  But with 3's and 4's it's (no pun intended) a crap shoot anyway.
Plinko: Poorly played on the SPs but it's always good to see the 10k hit.

Showcases:
Ice: 19,460
Car: 24,840 (I had my computer on and should have played CSS!  Maybe next time.)

NINTH PLACE! :P

I was kind of expecting most of these games, though. :P

Clock Game was a textbook playing.

Plinko was strange. The SP went by horrendously, and then it was saved by the $10K hit. Eh.

Twenty-Seventh Place! Nothing makes this good 'ole heart proud like coming ahead of one of the two proprietors of this site.

Meanwhile, this was a pretty good show to close out the week.

Welcome back, Clock Game. Also played excellently, why is this game on a Big 3 Rotation? Geez. Is there something wrong with it all of the sudden?

Excellent to see such support for a contestant from the crowd, and George played Grocery Game beautifully.

In any case, here's looking forward to a Magic#/Five Price Tags/Golden Road week.

Me: Of all of the game shows you've hosted, besides Jeopardy!, like High Rollers or Classic Concentration, which is your favorite?
Alex Trebek: I'd have to say To Tell The Truth, because it was the first time in my career that I got to sit down while I was hosting.

Some think Clock Game is underplayed because someone realized that Drew often hosts it atrociously.
