May 17's other games were  Secret X and Hi-Lo.

Ratings aresill under 500.000. I read on the SMH's Tribal Mind (smh.com.au/opinion/blogs/the-tribal-mind/the-ratings-race-we-dont-want-to-call-randling-a-massive-flop-but--20120514-1ylqo.html) that   one show this week rated 407, 000.

Also, Amanda Harrison and Ben Mingay,  stars of the Sydney production of An Officer and a Gentleman appeared during Secret X.

In related news, any idea on the male-female split last Thursday?

I agree with Larry. I have no idea what the mountain climber was doing with a surfboard either.

And how sad is it that this show, which once made the American version look bad, now makes the French version look good?

Cliffhangers was played for a $5000 Big W shopping spree (they call it a super shopping spree for some reason) tonight.

Usually the Big W shopping prizes  are for a $1500 or $3000 shopping spree.  The contestant, Myrna  won the "super shopping spree" Cliffhangers prize.

Ratings were at 425,000 on Tuesday 5th June, and is generally around 400,000 every night. Not sure if it could beat Deal or No Deal's ratings if it were placed at 5:30.

I'll take the Australian version over the French version at least the Australian still has game play they don't play around throughout the whole show

A Canon DSLR was offered as a prize on Hi-Lo last night. Plinko wasn't played during the week but Cliffhangers was about 3 times this week.

Looks like no one has posted episode recaps for about a week or so

Unfortunately my external antenna cable that runs through the wall rusted apart about two weeks ago, so I can't record it from my PC (or even watch the TV it was hooked up to).
