Kitch, here's wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.  Thank you for all that you have done on this site.

Freeze Frame:  That price selected just didn't look right.

Half Off: Heart-breaker indeed.  I am starting to like the $1000 bonus for getting all 3 pairs of small prizes correct more and more.

Lucky 7:  As soon as she got on stage, I chalked that up as a loss.

Race Game:  What does the show have to do, spoon feed the prizes to contestants?  That was a really easy set-up blown out the water once you priced the Steam Shower and dumbbells (no pun intended).  ALWAYS price the most expensive and least expensive prizes 1st in Race Game and work from there.

Squeeze Play:  Tough break.

Let Them Roll:  With only 1 roll left, $3500 looked mighty nice to me. But no shame here, as she may have really needed a new car.

Showcases:  She wins a new ride after all!!

Kitch, good luck in future endeavors and thanks for the hard work!

Unfortunately, not a good show to end on :( The only OK part of the show was the fact that the guest star really didn't deter the show off too much and the overall flow was neat. This lineup proves that even though the games as a whole might not be unusual, it is fun to see slotting like this to keep the freshness alive.

Thanks for all you've done, Kitch. Sorry this last day couldn't have gone better...

Setups have been hard everywhere except 1/2 Off, which was easy enough and just had bad luck today.

I figured the furniture set was the $6K price, but yeah, that was just a nasty conglomerate of assorted prizes that the typical contestant wasn't going to be able to price.

Lucky $even: She did pretty well to get to having $1 at the last digit, and it's times like these where you have contestants who go for the -5 trap and the smart contestants whose Mike-senses clue them in to numbers like 2 and 9. Unfortunately, today's contestant was the former. Evil setup anyways, as most would probably have fallen at the 1.

Squeeze Play: 3-way toss-up setup.

Race Game: I had this one nailed down, but the average contestant was going to have the steam shower overpriced and the accessories underpriced, which is what happened with her.

Let 'em Roll: I knew the cheapo Alka-Seltzer allergy relief was going to deny Joan a roll. Bad luck, too, though if you ask me, if you only have 1 roll left and 3 cubes to roll, it's usually better to take the money than to try to get the 1-in-8 shot for the car.

Joan was a nice contestant, so I'm glad she won a car in the end--good thing she didn't overprice the Jeep! Oh, and two 2-prize showcases are bad.

Freeze Frame: 2 Subway Footlongs a week for a year? Okay. I guess they were trying to do something. I wasn't looking at the numbers, but was not too confident about a group like that costing over eight grand.

½ Off: Ya know, I had a feeling 3 would've been a obvious choice for a trap... and Markita fell for it.

Lucky Seven: I need to develop a drinking game for every time a contestant says 5 for the last number and loses because it was 9.

Squeeze Play: I picked 6. Wrong again. Not feeling too good about this episode now.

Race Game: Camera-wise, I don't know who was smoking or drinking when they did the shots for this one, even with the timer on the bottom, the gameplay did not look right. Wouldn't have mattered anyway because McKell wasted a few seconds looking at the blue 300. I was wondering if that would've happened if Drew did not tip her on that fail move. I actually thought she had it in the end. Designer crap is more than a steam shower? Okay.

Let 'em Roll: More thoughts came in: 1) thinking the allergy medicine would be slightly less than the sherbet; 2) knowing this game is for the show not being winless; 3) Wondering how other posters would react if there is the final loss of the day (and the Showcase results).
To the tune of the Losing Horns (and drum beat): Can't win them all, shruuuuuuug, ohwell.

Showcases: Shrugging some mo' at the trip/vehicle Showcases. At least Joan got good win out of it.

Overall, not an episode to fuss about.

Now the other stuff. When reading the earlier posts, two things came to mind: that this is Kitch's last post as recapper, which in turn made me think about Ray( Combs)'s last Feud, as in this shoudn't be the episode to go out with. But I'm sure personal decisions played an important role over contestant wins/losses. I wish Kitch the best in everything. I wish I had that mugshot machine.

Of course, I figured that when Lucky $even came up, it would be lost. But I was pleasantly surprised that the contestant made it as far as she did, even though she, as has already been stated and is obvious, she fell for a common trap.
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.

Two damn years and not one perfect show. Wow. I'm going to miss ya. Don't post too sporadically either. I need to see that mustache.

What a crappy show.

Freeze Frame seems to be weird this season. It's usually counted on for the loss, but sometimes it gets a win. Today was the loss, but I'm sure we'll see a win next week.

1/2 Off was just bad luck. :-(

Lucky $even was Lucky $even.

Squeeze Play was Squeeze Play.

Race Game was difficult. She couldn't work out the puzzle this game is and unfortunately ended up with the smallest prize. Oh well.

Let 'Em Roll was Let 'Em Roll. Also bad luck.

To whoever picks up recapping; when you leave, pick a good episode to go out on.

Kitch, thank you for all you've done around here in the last two years.  I can honestly say you were a vast improvement over the previous holder of your position.

There was absolutely nothing about Freeze Frame that made sense.  There was a prize package that needed to be in a fee game, an absolutely horrendous setup, and a gymnast modeling a living room for no apparent reason.

It sure was nice to see a cash game that wasn't Plinko.

I don't know what was more surprising about Race Game -- that McKell managed to get five turns, or that she still didn't win.

Thank you, Mike and Adam, for proving yet again that you have no amen idea how to set up Let 'em Roll.

I didn't reference "StarBlazers". Don't know it. I got "Wave Motion Gun" off TV Tropes, and more attach it to Gundam, especially Gundam Wing's Buster Rifle.

But look it over again. I do have a reference to something in there somewhere.

I'm pretty sure they know exactly what they're doing... and that's the only reason they're still playing it on a 3 week schedule. Wrong, but they know it's wrong and don't care.

Roll should always be set up trivially.

Roll should always be set up trivially.

By "trivially" do you mean "the answers should be obvious"?
