Well, to "Garf" is to massively underbid, so ya probably shouldn't.

Haven't seen this show, so I don't know what this idiot of a contestant meant -- if he earnestly thought these were $9000 watches or (in the poster's defense) if he meant $89.99 (as in, one cent below $90).

Either way, the contestant is a dope. 1. None of the IUFB's are even close to the $9000 range and 2. During the current TPiR run, none of the items are priced in dollars and cents ("Bid in dollars because we round our prices to the nearest dollar") .. and to my knowledge, except for possibly the first season (1972-1973) and even that's a stretch, there have never been IUFBs worth less than $100.

I liked Sylvester for some reason. It would have been nice if he had won the car in Dice Game.

I was shocked after the contestant playing 1/2 Off chose the Keurig brewer as the half off price. Those are nowhere near $200! Not where I live and shop, at least.

I picked the wrong number (3) as the fourth digit in Cover Up, but I knew that once the contestant picked the 7, she didn't win.
There is a fifth dimension beyond that which is known to man. It is a dimension as vast as space and as timeless as infinity. It is the middle ground between light and shadow, between science and superstition, and it lies between the pit of man's fears and the summit of his knowledge. This is the dimension of imagination. It is an area which we call the Twilight Zone.

So glad Silvester won the showcase, because that was one of the cheapest Dice Game setups I have ever seen. That 4th number just HAD to be a 6! Too many losses lately, only about one or two pricing games won each show.........this needs to stop.
Here it comes! From the Bob Barker Studio at CBS in Hollywood.......it's the 40th season of The Price is Right!
