I recall the sound effect from the Door 4 segment of the All New Let's a Deal. That was epic.

I also like the sound effect of the target number setting on Jackpot (1980's - early 90's versions). Also, I like the sound effect of the Super Jackpot value setting on the 1980's - early 90's version of Jackpot as well (especially Geoff Edwards version).

Someone humming "Flight of the Bumblebee" while gargling.
to me it sounds more like "adadapapapapapa" or something like that.

The Final Spin bell on Wheel of Fortune as it sounded EXACTLY like the bell my mom rang when it was time for dinner as a child.
The Penny Ante "wubbbawoop!" and the Cliffhangers song (especially when people clapped along to it in the audience)
Practically everything in the Scrabble SFX package (the clue reading, the gameboard opening, the stoppers)
The dragon roar in Tic-Tac-Dough
The Pathfinder "EROOOOoooooo"
The Jeopardy board activating (boop boop bop boop bop booooo)
The Daily Double
The ringin on the Steps of Knowledge in Legends of the Hidden Temple
The Wheel of Fortune jackpot fireworks
The "ALIVE!" and the heartbeat when the skull was returned to the king in Legends of Hidden Temple
The cue played when Mikey moved across the board in Nick Arcade and the win cue on that show
The puzzle starting in Get the Picture
The Jeopardy whoosh
"And the survey says... whoops, I made a mistake."

(Sorry to bump the thread. If there's a newer thread on this topic, please link me in its direction. I only came here because my friend Martha replied to it.)

The ring-in on the Steps of Knowledge

The "Laser Surgeons" and "Brainstorm" cues (both were very good pieces)

ANYTHING from American Gladiators

Jeopardy "Think" music, board warmup, etc.

Losing horns (thank an old Sonic animation on Newgrounds)

Wheel "Puzzle Solved" cue (late '00s!)

Hi I like some of the above, I like also the ding and horn upon judge's decision on Newlywed Game (I hoped Buzzr would bring back also 70's version too!).

As Steve Gavazzzi told you you, let's not make a habit of it.
