Halftime, Falcons-Ravens: John Parker Wilson is making a strong case to be the no. 2 QB for Atlanta, proving more effective than current no. 2 Chris Redman.

Ravens coach Jim Harbaugh is no fan of the replacement referees. I don't think many are, either. Twice, the head zebra mistakenly referred to Atlanta as Arizona.

I have a feeling that Super Bowl XLVII will have New York Giants against the Pittsburgh Steelers and giants could win.  my prediction is giants beat the steelers.

Heard on the radio: Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson has been arrested on a domestic violence charge.

In other news, I have hands. Details at eleven.

I find it ironic how the show tries to mix up the prizes and offer "cool" things like over-stuffed trips and impossible to price items to make the show less "predictable." Yet, the same things happen every single time a show airs.

An old statement that still holds true.

As I observe the old game props, they made a constant feel as if they were playing in a carnival; each game had intricate mechanisms to make them work properly and dazzle audiences.  That feeling can't be duplicated with monitors and animations.  I never thought of that analogy about old props on any game show before, but it makes sense the more I think about it.

Make that released by the Miami Dolphins.

He'll be back with another team, baggage and all.

It does stand to reason someone would be desperate enough by November to take the chance, probably at great personal costs to their payrolls.

I dunno...look what happened to Plaxico Burress, Doc Gooden, Darryl Strawberry and (dare I say this to an Eagles fan) Michael Vick when they had troubles with the law at the midpoints of their careers. They found other teams and got right back into it.

Those guys at least have or had something left in the tank. I really don't think Chad has much left.

I do note that Plaxico Burress has not been signed yet. The Patriots won't sign him, neither will his former teams.

Surprised no one talked about Luck's amazing performance last night. His first pass results in a 63 yd touchdown on the way to a 38-3 rout of the Rams.
I forgive those on here who have hurt me in the past.

Did see Luck's performance, and the rest of the Colts squad wasn't too shabby, either. They could truly be dangerous this year.

Luck is that good. BUT...the Colt's O-line is pretty bad, so Luck will struggle in that sense. I like Luck and the Colts are improving, but they are completely changing their defense, going from a 4-3 to a 3-4 and they don't have the personnel yet to run a good 3-4. They'll win more than 2 games, for sure. But don't expect anything more than 6-10 or 7-9.

Well the colts might have another bad season but at least it won't be quite as bad as last year's. Even though they were 2 and 14 last year at least they avoided an el skunko in football ( an el skunko is when a team is 0 and 16 in the regular season).
