I'm wondering if this is a trap or not, but let's go with $10,000

OneBidTris has bid a cool 10 grand....

DING!  There it is.

Now Gameshowboy, this is your showcase.....

Your showcase begins with a pair of roller skates.

This pair of men’s Fandango roller skates will make you the queen of the roller palace!

And, an exercise bike.

A fun way to keep physically fit, this Motus bike has a built-in LCD TV so you can watch Food Network shows while you exercise.  Salivate over Cupcake Wars while you try to burn off your cream filling.

And after you get fit, you can keep moving in this, a new Car!

The Mazda6i Grand Touring sedan is loaded with options like rear spoiler, moon roof, and a built-in navigation system.  The Mazda6i!

And this showcase can be yours if the Price is Right!

Gameshowboy, you have 2 cars.  You have an ATV.  How about a 3rd car to cap off the summer?

What do you bid?

The bids are in.....

{{{ ok, this is where my neat showcase podium graphic is supposed to appear, but Photobucket is acting strangely today, and is not uploading files.  Anyone else having this problem?  We can continue the show without podiums... }}}

DING!

And who will win their showcase, and close out the summer series?  You'll find out in the next post!

The actual retail price of your showcase is.....

Thirty-eight thousand, one hundred and sixteen dollars, for a difference of....

And OneBidTris wins the showcase!!!

They were the same prizes (newer models, of course) that the show had on it's very first episode during the showcases.

“For the premiere of season 30, CBS wanted to do a special primetime show. However, they asked that we also add a gimmick or a twist to make it truly special. I came up with the suggestion of taking the show on the road for the first time in its history." - Roger Dobkowitz
