Great win in 2 for the Price of 1.

I cannot believe the way Blake was going in Switcheroo. I was screaming, "Get the lead out!"

Good call when Yvette bailed out in Step Up.

Tough losses in Squeez Play, Card Game, and Pick a Pair.

I knew Padmini made a big mistake when she stopped at $15,900. I knew she should've went higher.

You know, it's really hard to fix Card Game when the biggest problem is the contestants.

Switcharoo was absolutely bizarre, with the lolligagging and the breaking of the hole, but the latter is nothing a quick glue job can fix.

Two for the Price of One: Yay! It was played for a car! And Andre won what could have a tough playing, after he wanted the first digit for free. I'm so happy he won- he was great, especially in his reactions!

Switcheroo: Nice to see this. It was kinda hilarious when Blake broke part of the game board. Too bad he changed the 3 in the car when he should not have done so on his first try.

Step Up: I would have messed up in saying the BBQ was third and the dinette was fourth. I can't believe the dinette was so cheap.

SSD1: Another $6,000 Big Wheel winner! Let's see another $11,000 winner while we're at it.

Squeeze Play: Easy for me, but not for Rabon. You HAVE to go with yout first instinct most of the time, man.

Card Game: As soon as Padmini drew a $1,000 card, I knew she was toast even before she started. I didn't even bother watching this segment. When will they ever start toning down the cars here?

Pick-a-Pair: Hooray- it was finally lost!

Showcases: Darn it- for the second day in a row, the $6,000 Big Wheel winner gets shot down here.

Overall: The first half was great, but the second half was not so good, with the exception of Pick-a-Pair finally lost. Still, it was OK.

Yay, Pick a Pair was finally lost!  Who'd have guessed it was possible!

Why are we suddenly getting such horrid Card Game players lately?  At least before the last couple of playings, the contestants could have won with a $5000 card, and now suddenly, we get two in a row that would have still lost with the $5000 card.

Why did Rabon pick $4695 in Squeeze Play if he thought $4995 was right?  That should have been won!

...as opposed to Two for the Price of One, which I could have never won.  "98" looked so right for the last two numbers.  And instead, that 2 for the middle digit comes out of nowhere.

Blake really played his first turn in Switcheroo worse than almost any other contestant:  even before he broke the blue thing, he just wasn't going to move, and of course, he put the block in the car price first.  I kinda' wish Bob would have enforced the time limit and not allowed Blake to place the 7 block after his first turn, but then, since the blue thing broke, I guess Bob had to allow it.

Switcheroo- Well, at least it was more interesting than the usual boring Switcheroo playing.

Bidding Round #4- #213, Meredith! :-D

Card Game- Why are there always wimps in this game?! Come on, people, cars are rarely that cheap anymore!

Showcase- ...and Blake misses out on the second opportunity, too. Bad bid.

BEST CONTESTANT OF THE DAY- Blake.

SHOW SUMMARY AND GRADE- The string of average shows lives on... Grade: 2

2 For the Price Of One: And for a car, no less! Sweet!

I thought Andre was in real trouble when he took the first number, because that 5 was a gimme... I personally was pretty sure the 8 was the third number, but that second number had me confused... Nice win, if not exactly textbook.

Switcheroo: I'm glad to know I'm not the only person this week who broke a pricing game... Well, he certainly had that mop right. I was thinking the espresso maker was $60, and the massager was $50, leaving only the car and the radio up in the air (and I'm surprised it was $78.. Whoa.)

And, again, boys and girls watching at home: Never, EVER place the number for the car until you fill the four small prizes first.

Step Up: Wow, not easy today at all... I would've shot myself in the foot by taking the luggage first. A good thing I wasn't playing, and a good thing Yvette bailed out when she did...

Showdown #1: Wow, another $6,000 winner... A little less oomph, and it would've been another $11,000 winner...

Squeeze Play: Rabon should've gone with his first instinct.. That was a no-brainer.. Whoever shouted for him to go $4,695 should be ashamed.

Card Game: Again, how do you fix this game when contestants keep bailing out too darned soon? $15,900 for an Impala? Sure, maybe if it has about 8,000 miles on it... Ugh.

Pick A Pair: And the streak is finally over... I would've had no problem with this setup today, but sadly, that wasn't the case with John...

Showcases: That would've been a great bid if it was a Ram, but not for a Dakota... I was thinking $27,000 personally, but there was no doubt Blake had gone over.

Padmini had a pretty good bid, though... I would've gone $1,000 higher myself, but $15,000 was a pretty good bid - at least she didn't wimp out and go $10,000 like too many contestants have lately...

Roger's really been off his rocker these last couple of days, but it's fine with me. :-D

Switcheroo:  ROFL!!  What I don't understand is how most contestants try to put the number in the price of the car first or second.  It would seem to be the right strategy to put the numbers in the SPs first, and whatever is left over goes in the car.

What I'm amazed at is how I don't think we've had a Hoverround attack for two straight days (not that I'm complaining).

Because a car was won?  Maybe.  Based on gameplay, however, he certainly lucked out.

I had to go check back to remember which game he played.  My vote goes to Andre.

It was either him or Blake, but I liked Blake's personality better.

2F1-Why did he pick the 1st number?!  I was shaking in my head.  I'm still in amazement when he won.

Squeezed Play-I knew the 6 had to go.  I'm still in anger as to why the 6 still was there.

Card game: I would have stopped at $20,000 and still won.  $15,900 wasn't even close.

Pick a pair: YES!!!  IT'S FINALLY LOST!!!! And the set up was very tricky.

Showcases: I knew Blake was way over on the truck.  I would have bid $25,000 to be on the safe side.

Overall: An average show, EXCEPT for Pick a Pair's 1st loss.

Pick-A-Pair finally lost, huh?  I bet a lot of you who saw it died or fell over after you fainted.  LOL!

I missed the show again today, but hopefully I will catch it one of these days.

I am also starting to feel that I am not welcome in the chat room.  I am starting to feel very, very doubtful.

Later, all.

I wouldn't know. Sadly, it seems the chat is East coast biased :-P, so anytime I come in just before TPIR comes on here, it's empty. :-?

It's a shame you don't have an eastern feed for CBS, because it'd be nice to have you in the chat room. :-(

I agree. I would much rather see Price at 7 am than 10 am, and the chat is definitely one of the reason why. :(
