Just to let everybody know, I thought the positions of Cyclone and cu were switched, so I thought 123123123 was up to bid, not me. So, naturally, I was in for quite a shock when I checked the forum.  :-(

I'm not defending my actions; merely elaborating on what happened. I would never, ever ignore and delay a show intentionally, especially a show as a good and important as Sideshow's.  :-)

With that cleared up, I'm going to note I didn't do much outside the showcases on the other game at all - on the entire InterWebs.  Had a nasty headache after getting home, and it got worse as the evening went on (after I did that math in fact).  Went to bed very early.

But I'm back now, with a clear head.  And completely clueless where to go here, so random shot.

$3.33.

At long last, the bids are in...

And the actual retail price of that answering machine is...

$5.00, Cyclone, please join me up here...and follow me back to the big doors.

Hey Cyclone, how would enjoy these great gifts?

It's a glass table, and a comfy recliner.

First, the glass table has brass accents, so that you don't trip over it in your living room.  The many, many fingerprints are a nice bonus!

And, a comfy recliner.  This recliner is like a throne for grandpa.  More wine!  More cheese!

And there they are!

Now Cyclone, you will win that formerly-beautiful furniture if you can find the Magic Number....

I want you to set the Magic Number to a price which is ABOVE the price of the table, and BELOW the price of the recliner.  If you can do that, you win both prizes.  Now, the gas pump has been retrofitted with a decimal point, so it now can take guesses in dollars and cents.  So, get moving!

That table is the hard one to figure out.  I was thinking $20ish for the chair, sooo...

Takes handle and pushes up, but goes too far, reaching $22.20.

Wow, this thing is touchy.

Pushes down and barrels down to $10.10, figures out the touch and slowly adjusts it to $15; looking at audience, tinkers up until it stops at $16.10.

Close enough. :D

Cyclone, after much consultation from the peanut gallery, has set the gas pump....

Let's start with that chair.  Is the old-man chair MORE than $16.10?

DING!  Yes it is.  And it is a good bit more.

But is the price of that table LESS than $16.10?

Is it....

DING! DING! DING! DING! DING!

Yes, and now you have a great living room!  Or, at least a servicable one....

And now, we are looking for.....

HAG! Come on Down!  You are the next contestant on Thrift Store Price is Right!

Hag, welcome to contestant's row.  And take a look at the next item up for bids, as it comes down....

It’s a movie!

This VHS version of Austin Powers is great for anyone you know who still has a VCR!  Joel Siegel says it’s “Blazingly Funny.”, and he's no liar!

Hag, start us off..

Wow, that was a wide range.  Thought the table was at least $12-$15.

People are tired of the f**kery and drama, but if we'd actually talk to each other sometimes instead of a whole bunch of private conversations with other people, it'd go a long way to perhaps fixing the problems most seem to see in the site.

The bids are in....

..and the actual retail price of that video which nobody can possibly play anymore is....

47 centscu2010, come join me here on stage!

cu2010, you have played a lot of my shows, and it's great to see you here.  And I'd like to reward you with this...

It's a china cabinet!

This cabinet has everything you need to store your family heirlooms, be they Super Bowl glasses, or Elvis plates, it's all good!

Now cu2010, I am going to show you some prices here, and the moment you see a price which you think may be just over the price of that china cabinet, I want you to yell "That's Too Much".  To save some time in this game, I will show you prices 2 at a time, and you can stop after any price you see, ok?

Here are your fist two choices...
