I would LOVE to find the full episode with the woman who is shown in this special from 19:19 - 19:33. 
It looks like it would've been a great show!  Judging by the set details I can identify, I'd judge it to be sometime in 1979 or 1980. 
Can anyone point to the episode / year for certain?

actually, it would have to be October 1980 or later .. according to the FAQ timeline's description of the curtain colour scheme behind the audience.
